Hey Staples in Kingman- your cashier #1947217 is pretty good at his job. He was on the phone, and instead of seeing me standing there and ignoring me, he whispered out asking how he could help me. I asked for renters/lease paper. The man says Aisle 19 (if I'm remembering that correctly). Not a bad price either. Seniors BEWARE ! I bought a computer for $ 439 yesterday , the sales dude swore there was a 6 month warrantee , and if I wanted anymore I would have to pay $199 for 2 years protection ... ( $ 200 for protection on a $ 400 item , say whaaa ? ) . I declined the warrantee and was steered to a cashier . The cashier claimed the machine had NO WARRANTEE AT ALL ! and reiterated the demand for $200 for any coverage beyond 14 days .... The story I was getting from these crooks was not adding up ! In any case I bought the unit w/o the $200 warrantee wondering if I had made a mistake ? When I got it home during set-up I found a count down screen in settings that was for an included 1 year warrantee !!!! I had been Lied too and played for a fool !!!! Superior customer service. I got this pen from the auto dealership when I was buying a car. Z-grip is the brand. Went to Staples, they did not have the colors I wanted. Asked the front desk if they could help me with an order. They were more than accommodating. Ordered a dozen blue and black on a Friday and they were delivered to the store the following Monday. Saved a nice piece of coin by not doing on-line ordering. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of home office supplies, desk top ink, printer paper or even wall art. read more

I usually get my printme stuff printed out by the people at the print center but their printer was down this time. Went to print out papers on machines, it would not load preview and came out looking weird so I wanted a refund. MANAGER took my card into the backroom to refund my money and I will be checking my account because that is not okay and will press charges if anything happens to my card and then handed me the refund as if I was TRASH to her. I will go out of my way to buy a damn expensive printer and faxer. Awful service. read more

Went in and bought computer, monitor, warranty, and software yesterday was promised it would be ready today. Back in box and gift wrapped. Today I call and they say can't tell me when it will be ready and it can't be back in box. Supervisor Jennifer basically insinuated that I'm lying about what I was promised. They don't actually have a tech on site! So tell me what I paid a $99 set up fee for and a $299 tech support warranty? Definitely feeling frustrated and ripped off at this point! read more

I am thankful that this store extended their regular 14 day (extremely short) return policy for the Christmas season and they processed my return. 8 days until Christmas and there was only 1 employee and a long, long line. Lots of angry customers, but I was not one of them :). read more

Upon buying a computer at Staples here in Kingman, we were told it would possibly take a week for the install, i.e., the HP drivers and programs I bought and provided. But I was told upon going to the store to question, not receiving a call, that the tech finished it the day we bought it. He said he called my phone, which reported the number as possible spam. He didn't leave a voice mail. Upon receiving spam calls if there's a voice mail attached, I always listen to the message & call whoever should it be an appointment/important, i.e., certainly would have regarding the computer. You'd really have to meet this guy to see how "full" he is of himself, so full of BS. He said they'd called us several times, left voice mails. They did NOT! Tried to tell me voice mail doesn't always work. Mine does. I told him I'd called 3 times, gave my name and asked if our computer was ready. I was told, no that he would call me when it was. He said that never happened; said they were about to add it back to their inventory, people have done that before 3 to 4 times since he's been there for 4 years. Thought we'd changed our minds. EXCUSE me, they had my phone number why couldn't he text me. He had my email address; he could have emailed. He didn't put the photo editing program on, saying I didn't choose one. I reminded him he told me the Paint Shop Pro 2023 was good & I told him I'd take it. I reminded him of that conversation, he didn't remember, so I bought it. My husband asked me if I wanted him to install that, told him no, I can manage that myself, we're taking the computer home. Prior to leaving he told us we were a real pain in the a_ _ for Staples! Needed a banner made, I don't have a computer.. The library wil not let you download programs... Had all the information. Sarah who does the banners said that I could not get it done because I had to make up the banner on a computer, bring it in and she would put it in her computer. I ask her to do the banner on her computer... she told me that she could not... In essence, she did not want to make the banner and I told her so. I also informed her that I would be writing this... I had to go to the library to use a computer.. Lousy service.. I asked Sarah why she did not want to make money by doing this. She got into this long dissertation.. In that amount of time the banner could have been done... Never use this store again.. read more

I hate this store. It used to be a pretty good office supply store until they decided to become a tech store instead. Now, especially with the new manager they brought in from the defunct Bullhead store, they can't do ANYTHING right. The print shop has destroyed prints that have been brought in for mounting, print orders have been done completely wrong or damaged in shipping (my last order had to be redone multiple times before they got it right). No one will assist you with anything any longer and everyone from the manager on down is really rude. The last straw has come when I went in the other day to purchase three ink cartridges for my photo printer that was working just fine. After installing the supposedly new cartridges they turned out to be bad and destroyed the printer head -- as a result I was out over $50 for ink that couldn't be returned and a $200 printer that couldn't be repaired. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO VEGAS FIND ANOTHER OFFICE SUPPLY STORE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE YOU ARE JUST THROWING TIME AND $$$ DOWN THE DRAIN. read more
