I let that slide and gave her my name and she then proceeded to say that it wasnt there and ask me " Who told you it was here " but to then proceed to be rude for the remaining of the interaction, at that point i was so fed up i did told her to stop being condesending and she said " that was my bad i apologize" , yeah, it was your bad. He gave a flash drive with many of my nature pics on it and showed her which pic specifically to print. She called several weeks later saying it was ready. He went to pick it up, it had 7 different of my pics on the one canvas. So she re- did it, several weeks later, he picked it up. It is the wrong size. Too small for our custom made frame. Plus she erased everything on my flash drive. We called her to let her know we were not happy. She responded, What do you want from me, I don't have time for this! I will never go back to Kopy Cat Printing. Not professional at all!!!!!

UPS has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They do the best they can…read moreto prevent you from getting a person on the phone. I shipped 37 boxes with them in September. one was lost. one was missing a really nice tool box, that rest looked like someone had dropped them from a 10 story building onto a cement sidewalk. They want you to go through the process of filing complaints, which I did and I got back inane questions from a bot. It took a long time before I finally got someone to email me - not call me --- email me. I told him my frustrations and he apologized and pushed my payments through and tracked them. Now I am trying to pay my bill and they want to charge me a $50 handling fee to put it on my credit card. I have been trying to get a person on the phone who could approve that but they just keep transferring me to different departments. I will never, ever use UPS again.... and this is not even counting all of the hidden costs that I was charged.... they are the worst. Don't use them.
