The guy working was a different person that the first time so I paid $180 for the screen replacement the 2nd time. I was also told the battery was bad and it would be replaced. Well... 2 days later the screen went all black again. I went for the 3rd trip and the screen was changed again (3rd time). That was a week ago. My phone isn't holding charge and battery life says 75%. I called and the second guy that worked on my phone answered, I explained who I was, about the battery, was told the screen alone the second time was $180, that the battery wasn't changed, which is NOT what I was told!! And he was rude and hung up on me, not listening to what was going on and wouldn't answer my questions.absolutely terrible service. Replied to my google review and said I denied the battery repair. Which is not what was spoken about, i wouldn't have spent all that I had on just the screens that weren't even cracked or anything visible at all... $280 and a cell phone trade in and sold my old iPhone to them.
