I brought my xbox in to be repaired. They first said they could fix it a simple HDMI repair. Then they said it was ready to be picked up so I went to pick it up and they said they dont have it. After that they said their general manager would run the security cameras to check and see what happened and that same week he quit. So I had to wait 2 more weeks for anything. Then their district manager had to get involved and he ran the security cameras and it showed they recycled my Xbox series X. They switched the work orders with another Xbox then label my xbox unrepairable then recyled it. Then their insurance cut me short for reimbursement to where I have to pay a few hundred for a new xbox out of my pocket. I never recommend getting anything fixed here or even dealing with them in anyway. Out of all our interactions I was called ONCE about my repair. I called them over 20 TIMES. COMEPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL! read more

I am a small business owner and use this tablet to process transactions at farmers markets on Saturdays, so I was counting on them to be good on their word. We took our son's PS5 in this shop after a dog had ran into the console and broke the hdmi port inside. We were quoted on the low end and likely fix of $150.00 possibly more w/ an opportunity of a lower amount if we purchased a monthly insurance for most electronic components in our home. They had our son's console fixed in two days (which was also New Year's Eve weekend)even! $150.00 to repair a $500 console in two days on Christmas break for our teenage son was a big win for us! I brought my iPhone 13 Pro into the Muncie, IN location to have the shattered back glass replaced. I dropped the phone off and received a call 6hr later and picked it up at that point. I was distraught, shocked and disappointed when the phone they brought me had a different color hue of blue back glass (not Apple Sierra Blue) and it did not have an Apple logo on it. Neither of these things were shared with me when I dropped the phone off. I was under the impression it would be factory/OEM Apple parts being used. I never signed anything prior to the work taking place that indicated this would be the case. Not only that, but upon inspecting the phone following the repair, I discovered the flashlight was burned by the laser cutting machine and one of the camera lenses was also burned by the laser cutting machine. The one camera lens (wide-angle lens) is no longer functional. Furthermore, I attempted to place my $1,100 iPhone 13 Pro on a MagSafe phone mount and the magnet within the phone is so weak it no longer holds the phone. The MagSafe is now useless. Finally, the stainless steel band around my iPhone 13 Pro was in like-new condition when I dropped it off. When I picked up the phone, the band was severely scratched/etched/scrapped and now scratchy and abrasive in a number of different spots on my phone. The repairs that took place on this phone are completely unacceptable, and at this point, the phone needs to be replaced in its entirety. If I am to ever trade this phone in or attempt to sell it privately, it is not worth a single American dollar because of these cheap parts and damages to my device. I am furious with what took place today. UBreakiFix owes me a new iPhone 13 Pro. This is 100% completely unacceptable. This must be rectified. read more

I'd like to start with this incident was before the pandemic (that can't be an excuse). I took my phone in to be repaired because It had a fractured screen. During the repair the attended Tyler was talking to me. He is super nice but did he was not and did not help the person actually repairing the device. Tyler was forth coming with the information that The person repairing my device had started this week. He was brand new. I can say with certainty that this store has no fail safe criteria. There are no regulations that mitigate or control where people fully perform their job. The repair I received here did not fix my phones issues, so I sent my device to apple. They informed me that my device did not have any retention screws holding the motherboard in place. (I don't know the service mans name but) I do know that he removed hardware and didn't finish the job. ...is there anyone that has to follow the rules. If not man, I hope they are hiring. This place said they would fix my pc and did not know almost anything about fixing pc's. My PC sat in the shop for about 3 weeks with little to no work being done to it. They didn't follow up to keep me informed and I ultimately took my PC somewhere else who fixed it in no time. 1/10 wouldn't definitely not recommend. read more

Took my Iphone XS Max to get a screen replaced, Got the screen replaced for a substantial cost. Got my phone back and now the Proimity sensor is damaged and the screen dims itself without warning. Can't put a call on speaker anymore. Took it back they promised to call me back the same day and let me know they ordered the part - 2 weeks later i call them. Go through the entire ordeal with the Manager again (he was who I talked to the first time). Once again was told they would order the part and call me, that was 4 days ago. The worst part now is that even if they get the part, they cannot calibrate it and I will have no FaceID. They told me the Apple Store cold calibrate it. I called Apple and they said no way. Ubreakfix is not an authorized Apple repair center, We will not work on their repair. So, an Iphone taht still sells for $1,000 is now junk and they can't fix it. read more

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. DONT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!! First off, they told me that they get their screens directly from apple and low and behold, they sold me an off-market screen that broke within days. They then refused to fix it! I was laughed at by the store manager for then requesting a refund. So unprofessional. Now the store is dodging my calls and no one will answer through any of the social media accounts. I am a college student and I've had to spend $350+ to simply get my lcd fixed. This store is a joke. read more
