They say our bill will be high the first few months as the whole setup cost settles, "sure, that tracks." 6 months later our bill has only gone up. We finally have had enough of waiting for it to settle, go take another look at the numbers. Turns out that we're paying for both the iPhones. BOGO was BS. No fine print, just lies and practical robbery. I'd say it's my fault for not being more cautious but I'd be wrong. TL;DR: This is a fake Verizon, go to a real one and ask if they are a subcontractor or corporate (you want corporate) unless you want to get scammed.
