After months of waiting, they still required the $100 bench fee before releasing the computer. We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here.

Luckily PC Solutions used a mouse to enter my code to log in and did the entire transfer to my new phone right there. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort and truly could have let me replace the screen for $350 and made money...and I would have never known any different. They transfered all of my content pics, messages, contacts, etc. I am forever thankful we have this little business in our town!

Cooper Group been around for almost 20 years and never had any sort of issue with any vendors until dealing with Mike. It has been confirmed that Mike had had the same issues with other customers her tried to take from his previous employer DBSI, which have also been chased off due to Mike's shady billing practices. Plenty of honest providers out there . Steer clear unless you want to end up in a lawsuit with Mike as many of his previous clients already have. He comes back in 5 minutes with exactly what I needed at my price point. I was in and out in 15 minutes or less! I spent 30 minutes at a big box store trying to explain to them I needed a very basic machine, they just couldn't grab the concept. I'll never get that 30 minutes back, but you can save yourself time and frustration. I'd prefer buying local any time I can.
