We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here.

Cooper Group been around for almost 20 years and never had any sort of issue with any vendors until dealing with Mike. It has been confirmed that Mike had had the same issues with other customers her tried to take from his previous employer DBSI, which have also been chased off due to Mike's shady billing practices. Plenty of honest providers out there . Steer clear unless you want to end up in a lawsuit with Mike as many of his previous clients already have. This guy comes off as a used car salesman and lives up to that representation 100%.
