We were also verbally told a discount would be provided due to the excessive delay, but when we asked about it we were told it would not be honored because of new ownership. I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading other reviews before deciding to bring your computer here.

Only one other person was actively helping a customer and after waiting 30 minutes (she texted someone to come help me after waiting 15 minutes and no one came out) so I left. Constantly billed for hours more then what was actually used and refuses to acknowledge billing errors when time stamped documentation even shown, which means clearly done on purpose versus oversight. Mike also has limited IT experience and many times fumbles around trying to fix issues he doesn't know how to fix while simultaneously doing Google searches (same searches I already saw and tried) and then after wasting a good Amount of time and money brings on a IT tech to try and fix the issue, which is what should have been done from the start. Cooper Group been around for almost 20 years and never had any sort of issue with any vendors until dealing with Mike. It has been confirmed that Mike had had the same issues with other customers her tried to take from his previous employer DBSI, which have also been chased off due to Mike's shady billing practices. Plenty of honest providers out there . Steer clear unless you want to end up in a lawsuit with Mike as many of his previous clients already have. This guy comes off as a used car salesman and lives up to that representation 100%.
