The UPS store has wonderful customer service! Russell, Michelle, and Heather are great people! I love the energetic competent staff!

I visit the location sometimes multiple trips during my work week to get requested documents sent overnight to our corporate offices. The staff are genuine and nice. I usually have no wait unless someone just walked into the store before me. I appreciate how quick this store is to get me in and out. read more

I have used The ups store in several states. Love that I can just bring in what ever and it gets ship out with no fuss. But I have to say the store here in New Philadelphia is the best. Moved here from Texas and had to get a mail box there. The girls there Mrs Tiffany, Mrs Holly and Mrs Jennifer are great. Closing on my home in Texas I needed A notary. Mrs Holly was able to help. Waiting on important papers from our bank, the girls set me up to get email notifications when I get anything in my mailbox. The girls there are friendly and considerate. Once again I will only use the ups store for any shipping needs! why mess with the usps when you can get great service at the ups store. Best customer service! read more

As the hub for ups on the other side of mill ave, closer to front st. does not come up, i am writing this review on the other ups store in new phil. on default. I shipped three antique vases to family in California the end of October. They were carefully wrapped in small bubble wrap paper and securely, with no wiggle room, packed in secure heavy cardboard boxes. These were very family heirlooms, from Finland. They were purchased in 1970 by my deceased father. I claimed the value as $500.00. They were antiques and are irreplaceable. Hence my problem with UPS. The boxes arrived in California dented and banged up. One corner was even broken thru. This despite being marked fragile on all sides and ends. UPS refuses to reimburse me for any damages. They want a photo, which I can't take as the vases were smashed beyond the point of being identifiable. They also want a receipt for when they were purchased. RIGHT!.....I sent the matter to an outside mediator who agreed UPS needs to pay for the damages. They won't honor my claim. I will never do business with them again......anyone have any ideas what I can to get satisfaction on this matter? This is really about UPS in general.....not the store in New Philadelphia. I just know it went on their truck there in good shape.....and came off in a million pieces. Four months later after repeated attempts to reason with UPS I remain upset. read more
