I went in there to make a bunch of self-serve copies. It is annoying enough that every single copy needs to be approved individually for the pricing and then also taxed individually. doing it that way in the end results in paying more taxes than if you had done them as a single order. But then I forgot one Double sided page. So rather than pre-approving my credit card again I asked the counter person to make me the copy. It was $.26 but they told me they could not process my order without me providing a telephone number! Really? I didn't find any reason to provide them with my telephone number! What if I didn't have a phone Number? So they had to call the manager to approve the transaction... However that took so long they finally let me just pay cash... which was actually what I wanted to do all along! read more

Just trying to drop off a UPS package in the print area. There is no associate at the print area. Multiple other associates just wandering around the store. I'm the only customer in the store and I've asked multiple people to help me and they refused! They said the associate from the print area is on break and will be back in 20 min and to just wait! What kind of customer service is this?? read more

the only for 2 stars not 0 is the smiles and cheerfulness of the staff. Not only was I sold a downgrade to my phone's protective case, (I asked for the very same case) I went back and was directed to screen protectors, which turn out not to fit the phone. The icing on the cake was that one person said yes that they would be able to assist me in putting my phone in the new case, and when asked of the person who was to do it (done at other staples stores) I was told no they don't do that Waste of time, waste of a trip, there, and out $50 not a good experience I don't recommnend this staples at all. read more

I'll just add to the list of negative reviews. I e-mailed a print job. Never heard if it was ready or not (I never hear from them but they do have the e-mail...). Went to the store and the service-oriented professional couldn't find it and offered to print it then. Said It would be 5 minutes. I can back 30 minutes later and learned that he'd been struggling to get the printer to work (sound familiar?) but assured me it would be done by the end of the day. I returned a few days later to learn from another service-oriented professional that they we're able to print it. It really galled me that as I turned to walk away, the service-oriented professional suggested I have a good day. The rest of that conversation didn't go well. I hope to never go there again. read more

If you are getting copies and printing done... go see Brie The Copy & Print Supervisor at this store. She is very talented and juggles the walk ins, orders via the computer, frustrated customers, people needing directions, and copy and printing orders very well. She provides excellent customer service and is super friendly. I highly advise asking for Brie if you want your project done right and printed the best quality possible. read more

Submitted something online for 5 color copies on standard size card stock. Employee couldn't find the order even tho he saw that it was done. Instead of just reprinting it, he searched for it for 20 mins, tried to reprint it but couldn't get it to come out the right printer, he just had 0 customer service skills and had no idea how to do his job. Manager came over and was like, wtf, and helped me in 2 seconds and didn't charge me for my troubles. She was very nice and helpful 5 stars for her but that employee probably shouldn't even have his drivers license he is so slow. As someone who used to work in a print shop I can't believe he is in that department!! Wow! read more

Got to say the copy and print center went above and beyond the call of duty to get my conference materials ready tonight - in spite of of tech glitches! And they called me to tell me that I left my business cards there and stayed until I was able to get back and get them!!! read more
