I have used this place for many years they are extremely fair in price and knowledgeable with all my IT needs

My laptop crashed with very valuable documents and software that was no longer available to me. While he first tried to replace the motherboard, the computer was just too far gone and the traditional fixes just didn't work. He knew how important the data was to me and didn't give up and kept trying until he was finally able to transfer the data. I appreciate his persistence. Zane has also helped us in our purchase of new computers including a custom gaming desktop for my son. Went in with an emergency (to me) and he was able to diagnose and repair in literally 10min. The fan threw an error code and wouldn't run, he pulled it apart checked everything and with it all looking good, put it back together. Fired right up no codes or issues. Granted I feel like I had a one in a million situation, but that was awesome service and a friendly rate as well. 10/10 would recommend read more

I went to Zane to replace the screen on my HP laptop after it fell out of my backpack. He replaced the screen but was unable to get the yellowish tint out of the new screen. He put in a second screen, replaced the video cable from the display to the motherboard twice and when he couldn't get the yellowish tint out he took a loss on the job by giving me a break on the price and gave me back my laptop. Super honest repair guy and an ethical person. I've been ripped off by Sears and General Electric for house repairs and the one man computer repair shop is the most honest dude out there. the repair I got was super fast and price was fair! The shop seems a bit unorganized and that did leave me feeling a little uneasy but I got my laptop back with a reasonably priced repair and the guy who runs it is super nice and professional! Would definitely go back for another repair. read more

Superb, friendly, professional service. I especially liked the slightly messy atmosphere, unlike chains that sell equipment and claim, expensively, to offer diagnostic and repair services. FNM. $15 Draft, it was OK. This place is both an IT service store AND a sanctioned MTG store. The event was run relatively smoothly, but with some caveats. There was definitely a funk in the joint. There were fans on the ceiling but they were not running. I don't even know if that would've helped because the store is not very big. A lot of the space is taken up by ailing electronics, as well as 6-7 old arcade cabinets with their guts hanging out, an old grungy sofa in the shop window, essentially lots of unsightly STUFF. The staff played in the events, so besides the obvious conflict of interest, the clock was ran pretty loosely. The staffer would announce turns when he NOTICED the clock was up, not when it was actually up, because he was busy playing. Small number of packs for prizes. Another item to note is that their pre-release event prizing is DISMAL. I think the store staff themselves are personally interested in MTG and playing here feels like MTG night at someone's house, and not a professional store. If you must, it's ok, but there are definitely better shops. read more

This company should not be rated for its gaming sales/game hosting services because that is not their primary focus. Their focus is on IT services which they do exceptionally well. IT guys are basically space cadets who lack good customer service skills. The owner recognizes this and does his best on the customer service angle and even makes house calls. Their work on computers is excellent and very reasonably priced. They have eliminated rootkits from my business computer, they have made house calls and they guarantee their work. Yes, its necessary to go in person because phone calls aren't necessarily returned but remember these are geeks. They are friendly, helpful, competent and reasonably priced. Telephone tag does not work with these types - showing up in person with a smile and a request for help works miracles. They are "too" busy because they are good and there is a high demand for what they do. read more
