I normally do not write reviews but I decided to take the time to review…read more I searched online for a computer repair shop and decided to go to the Ubreakitifix franchise in the Largo/Kettering location. I called and explained my issue and the gentleman stated , no problem should be about 100$ on top of the diagnostics fee . I stated no problem with that cost. I get a call a few days later and they state the cost is 149$. I explained what the Manager stated to me and they stated it was untrue. Yes, its only a 50$ difference, however it was the point . I felt like they were trying to get over. So I declined the service. I went to another location of Ubreakitifix franchise in Bowie and had a wonderful experience. And they charged me the correct amount of $100 to fix the issue. The Bowie location had excellent customer service. I have tried to email the owner but the email message was undelivered so I was unable to express my discontent.

An older gentleman (in the attached picture) was running the operation (I think he was the owner). When I tell you this man was extremely RUDE, seemed hard of hearing, and didn't have an ounce of customer service experience in his body. I was seconds from walking out. However, it was raining, and I had other things on my to-do list. This place was not welcoming AT ALL! The rep was very stern and unfriendly. The establishment had an eerie feel. Save yourself time and visit another shipping center!!!
