Turns out his colleague WAS the manager, was aware it was labelled incorrectly, hadn't fixed the problem and denied the ajustment. I had been looking forward to this shopping experience. Instead I left with out my products and a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning.

I had been to a Len's Mill store previously when I had lived in London, and it was alright, nothing too special. It's more of a big warehouse looking store and sells a bit of everything. While my mom was looking through the fabrics, I ended up walking around, they had a bunch of clothing items, craft supplies, bedding, kitchen and bathroom decor. They had a lot of snacks at the cash register too. I ended up getting some pretzel snacks and some candy. Overall, this store is a unique store with many different items. Although this store isn't the cleanest, or most organized, but you can certainly find some treasures. Unfortunately, we don't have a location in Windsor, maybe one day.

I was excited to visit the store before seeing an afternoon movie. When you first open the blue doors, the decor is pleasing to the eye. It's cozy. I walked immediately to the new books display and started reading Leonard Cohen's collection of poems. I love the electronics section, which has everything from Fitbit trackers to record players. Naturally, there are plenty of Kobo readers. I held my composure and did not buy another to add to my mini collection of two. The cookbooks section is divine. One of my favourite restaurants that I frequented a ton in Winnipeg, earls, has its own cookbook. I want it so badly! I love this Indigo. It's now my favourite one. There are plenty of areas where you can sit down and read. I love the knitted mittens and scarves that you can buy. The paper shop section screams my name, as I have a thing for picking out the most thoughtful card that I can to friends and family members. It's such an inviting place to spend some time. Starbucks has been open for a while here. I like that the designers knocked a wall down, so you can freely walk between Indigo and Starbucks. This Walmart has a complete pharmacy, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, and always take time time to answer my questions. Every day low prices on items my family uses means I don't have to spend a lot of time looking anywhere else. There is also a grocery and produce department inside the store, and I have never been disappointed with quality of the product or the prices here. They do price match as well, if you bring the competitor's flyer. I wish we had a Walmart in town when I was going to University here in Waterloo (we had to take a long trip down to Fairview Park Mall back in the day... Now students and local residents alike can take advantage of a local Walmart!

I got many 1L boxes of almond beverage both times. The beverage is unsweetened and goes for $1.50 each, which is dirt cheap! Today, I got two pairs of jeans. They go for $10 a pair. There was a 25% discount on clothes today, so it was ridiculous to get a decent pair for $7.50 each. I also got a rain jacket going for $25 before the discount. This recommendation came from my boyfriend, who loves this store. I do, too. It does get crowded. There are two lines for payment. The one on the left is for credit cards and debit. Many people go to Len's Mill Store for the 'deals', but don't be mistaken, this is not a discount store regardless of its factory atmosphere. This store is actually pretty expensive. The fabrics are over priced, but on the flip side there is a huge selection. If you can find the same thing at Fabricland, I suggest you do as you will save a great deal. Fabric is not the only item over priced. I once went there to pick up a simple white onesie for my newborn. It's sale price was $12.00, from $19.99. Needless to say I did not buy it. Regardless of price issues, this place is pretty neat and I do go there a few times a year. They have some pretty cool things, but you might have to go a few times to see everything and dig a bit.
