Chad Rutty is amazing and went far beyond what most other business owners would do. 2,000 miles away, with renters in my Groves, TX home, I called him and said my a/c was out. In the middle of a heat wave, he dropped everything and immediately went to restore air for the third time in three years. My a/c unit was original to my home, built in 1998. Rutty has kept it running for me, but we decided it was time to replace the unit rather that feeding money into a 24 year old unit. I'm still 2,000 miles away and couldn't even get a check to him. He trusted me to pay him, and didn't let the family in my home suffer for a day. His service is exemplary.
