For the last two weeks alone, I was repeatedly told that my part had arrived and that a technician would come "tomorrow." Tomorrow never came. Every time I called, I was given a different excuse: the part wasn't actually in, it wasn't on the truck, or it was expected that day. This cycle continued for two weeks with no communication, no follow-through, and no concern for my family. The delay had serious consequences. My home reached temperatures between 87° and 92°, and I had to take two of my children to the emergency room for heat exhaustion. One of my children had a temperature of 102.5°F due to the extreme heat inside our home. After finally repairing the unit, the repair didn't even last 24 hours. The system is now making extremely loud noises that shake my ceilings and walls, and it is no longer cooling properly. The air conditioner has been running continuously without reaching the temperature set on the thermostat, which tells me the repair was not completed correctly. This entire experience has been unacceptable. I was repeatedly misled, left without air conditioning for weeks, and now I am dealing with another malfunction immediately after the repair. I have lost confidence in this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

My AC unit went out on a Monday last week and that Tuesday morning at 8:00 am there was a crew at my house installing a complete AC unit with furnace. They also sprayed in insulation in my attic and installed a solar fan in the attic in one day. The (4) techs and mechanics he had on the job knew exactly what needed to be done and worked together in getting me AC that night. The price was about 650$. Then we asked where the leak was because it's a little ridiculous to do that without knowing where the leak was. So we got a leak detection price. $1350.00. I almost croaked. We asked them to leave and called another company. Their leak price is $100.00 and will come off the price if they do the repair. Worse part is it was for my daughter so if I wasn't there what would have happened. Last week they told her she needed a new unit. Oh and she has a service contract with them. Canceled that too. Highly unethical to try to rip of a young lady.
