Around July 23, 2025, my car's check engine light came on. I took it to this dealership, and they diagnosed a #5 misfire due to worn right bank camshafts. I was charged $3,461 for the repair and told everything was fixed. I picked up my car on August 5, reassured that the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the check engine light came back on immediately during a test drive. I returned the car the next day (August 6), and they claimed it only needed a system reset. I got the car back on August 22, but again, the light came back on after another test drive. This time, they said it needed a new sensor inside the engine and that the air dam module was stuck. That cost me another $1,020. I picked up the car on September 12, after being told it was tested and fixed. Yet again, the check engine light came back on the same day. On September 13, they said the left intake camshaft tone wheel was broken and wanted to charge me $2,161 more. After this repair, I noticed a crack in my windshield that wasn't there before. A salesman admitted the damage happened while the car was at the dealership, but after speaking with his supervisor, I was told they wouldn't take responsibility. At this point, I've spent over $6,600, and my car still isn't properly fixed. I feel misled, overcharged, and treated unfairly. The damage to my windshield while in their care was ignored, and I was left to deal with the consequences. As a working parent with two kids, this ordeal disrupted my job and daily life. I nearly lost my job because I had no reliable transportation to get to work or take my kids to school. I have all the paperwork to prove what happened, but I don't have the time or resources to pursue legal action. I just want to warn others: be very cautious if you take your car to Register Chrysler Jeep Dodge. In my experience, they did not stand behind their work or take responsibility for damages that occurred while my car was in their care. *****I called the number you asked me to, and I spoke to someone who offered me one free oil change to delete my review. But they informed me each day what was happening and provided me with a loaner car to use. All issues were fixed! Oil change on a busy weekday took about an hour which was nice. All the frustrations out, on the table, and aside, they fixed my car and did, thankfully, use their brains vs just the computer! They worked some magic with my car and found the fuse issue... After paying over 1400.00 dollars to get a sway bar and two struts replaced, I am totally dumb struck. They charged me 700.00 in LABOR to install new struts. In addition, it took almost two weeks for them to acquire the struts, then a day and a half to install them. I looked online at their reviews and realized I am not the 1st or even the 100th person to rate this dealership a 1. Needless to say, I will NOT go back there for any of my future car needs.
