The manager called me and said he was sorry that he couldnt honor my previous deal because the rebate was no longer available. I think this is a horrible way to treat a customer, let alone a valued one who has given repeat business. Obviously, I asked for my deposit back. I will never buy another car from them.

But they informed me each day what was happening and provided me with a loaner car to use. All issues were fixed! Oil change on a busy weekday took about an hour which was nice. The lobby to wait in is very sunny so bring your sunglasses! They have really nice coffee too and a nice high top table to work at if you're in between working while you're at the dealer.

I was not satisfied with my service. I had my brakes looked at on April 7th by a technician…read moreelsewhere and then didn't drive my vehicle for a month before coming in for my 45k mile inspection. I was told that I my brakes were good until they would get down to 3 ml and they were at 5 ml on June 9th. I have to tell you that I wasn't entirely surprised when I was told that I should have my back brakes done because dealerships are always trying to tack on additional services that aren't necessary. I declined and went back to the original technician and had him look at my brakes again, He said my brakes were still good and didn't need to be addressed at this point. I know that I have to have them done eventually but believe that the dealership tried to up sell me something that wasn't necessary at that time. They could have said that was something that I would need to do eventually but didn't explain anything, just said they "failed". I feel taken advantage of when I have to do business with any dealership! I feel that these practices are unethical and I feel they take advantage of people that are struggling to stay afloat with all the rising prices on all the other essentials. They should just be honest and explain what needs immediate attention and what can wait. I also do not care for the email they send to either accept or decline services without any explanation, so impersonal. There you have it, my experience was a negative one. One kept revolving around 'the computer said' which makes me want to scream... Don't we have mechanics/people that think not just plug my car into a computer?!? Second was around the other type of work that had been done on my car, which was a conversation I was trying to have when I brought her in, but he didn't want to listen. However... All the frustrations out, on the table, and aside, they fixed my car and did, thankfully, use their brains vs just the computer! They worked some magic with my car and found the fuse issue... In the end I'm super grateful and driving away feeling confident about their work.
