They gave her a 2025 vehicle. They didn't notice until nearly a week later. First vehicle they gave my daughter it had service light go on -- for a soon-to-be-flat tire -- so instead of driving home, my daughter went to a mechanic where they found a nail and some other tire damage from pot holes. week later when they realized they gave my daughter the wrong vehicle, they called and tried to laugh it off -- "well this one has a sunroof" misogynistic or just their usual treatment of all customers? Im sitting here crying. Victory motors Royal oak is horrible Natalie and Jesse, I purchased a car in 2013 from the Main victory motors it was great. I looked up VM royal oak and they begged me to come, not only did i not leave in a cross over being that I have a hummer, he got me on a trade in for 1000 and turned around weeks later charging al of my credit cards and cards without my knowledge. So im here with a Buick car And not a cross over, cost me 300$ with the financing company due to date being wrong.The language he has "Jesse" towards women; smh I need help from the main location. Im going to the news everyone that will lisen until my contract is worked out. Thats not the half of it. Man when i get in touch with the CEO, after this one I promise they will not get away with this. New employment needed for royal oak. I want to set up a strike if I can get it legalized by the city, Victory motors you must get rid of spoils system vibes and people who are hurting your organization. My review is MINUS 5 stars!! I sure wish I had read these reviews before I bought my car. When the14th day came on my 15 day temporary plate, I went in and spoke to "Jesse" he said that there was a paperwork problem because my work was not answering their phone to verify employment. He cant send the paperwork to the state to get the plate until the paperwork is finished. I then stated that my tag was going to expire tomorrow (july 21st 2015) and I at least need a temporary tag again. he stated that the state only lets him do one temporary tag per car. I said " then you expect me to park a car, not be able to use it and still pay for it" he said yes. I left quite upset needless to say. 2 days later, I still had not heard from them, so I called the loan company myself to see how it was going. they stated that they rejected it and sent it back to them on july 17th!! so that whole time, jesse was lying. so I went straight to the dealership in royal oak where I bought it, and told them I am dropping off the car, they broke the contract by not having the financing and I can not even legally drive it. Jesse was extremely polite, so was I, we were talking in a nice tone to each other but he was insisting that the loan company had all the paperwork and any minute I will be able to get the plate. I explained that they rejected it back on the 17th and he had been lying this whole time. then mr Hollywood wanna be big bob, came out of his office HOLLARING at me stating we have a contract, I can not get out of it, I have to pay them regardless of whats going on. I then stated, no, there is no contract because there is no financing. he started screaming even louder, you wanna play those kind of games, we will play those games to then. I do have to say, that other than lie after lie coming out of jesses mouth, he was very polite and decent to deal with before anything was signed. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars! Don't buy a car here. Once you sign the papers they do nothing that they promised before you signed! Jacksonville Jake sold me my car (I know, their names should have given me a hint to go elsewhere) and everything he told me was wrong and he would have to correct himself over and over. He didn't know anything! While I was buying he told me that I could come back and get new breaks, and while I was there they would wash the car and detail it. He said he would set up the appointment for me and call me the next day. He never called and when I called him we gave us the run around and he ended up giving us the number to set up the appointment. When we called, they never heard of victory motors. We called the dealership and told Duke of our situation and he basically yelled at us and said "you're hollering at me" and we weren't. He was the most rude person I have ever talked to! Then, he said that he couldn't do anything for us because our paperwork was not there!! Well where the hell is it?? This place is a joke! Don't go here!
