Do not take your vehicle here to get serviced!!! They ruined my car. Problem was never fixed. My car was completely dead the day I got it back!! I was charged for something that wasn't even broken. They broke my door side panels , my entire dash is loose and my driver side window is shaky now when it opens. My battery and engine parts were loose as well. They held my vehicle for a week with no option for a loner. I had to call to get updates. I was told one thing then another. They lied in their report saying I was "aware this fix was only a test and more repairs will be needed" I was NEVER made aware! This is a warning for everyone to read the description in the bill before you sign it!!! They lie and suck at their job. With us being in 2024 you would think your techs could google or YouTube car problems if you had NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG. AND IF THEY HAD NO IDEA THEN SAY SOMETHING AND ILL TAKE THE CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. You lost a customer and I'll be telling everyone about this. Complete morons. I'm 10000% sure they are high on drugs. Brought my Yukon in last fall because it was shifting funny and shuddering at various speeds. They had my truck for a month before giving it back to me and saying they could not find anything wrong. "Everything's normal, would you like to pay for a transmission flush?" Of course I paid for it, hoping it would correct the problem. Today, before the next oil change was even due since I had it at the dealership for the issue, the transmission failed and I'm being told it'll take another month to fix and they can't give me a loaner vehicle so I'll have to pay for a rental the entire time. Incompetent, oblivious to customer's needs, and borderline criminal is how how I'd describe "Vile"atel. It was still under bumper to bumper warranty when I first brought it in for the problem and now it isn't. Deliberate? I was in the market for an Acadia. I used GM's online search function and found a vehicle equipped exactly the way we wanted it. It was at Vyletel. I sent an inquiry on their website and received a call very quickly from Brian Jones. After asking some questions, he offered to send me pictures of the exact vehicle to make sure it was what we were looking for. I got them and arranged for a test drive. We quickly agreed to a price and set a date for pick up. The leasing process could t have been easier...Brian walked me through each document I had to sign and then we were set. He certainly offered to help us set up the personal settings but we didn't need that, so we were off with our new vehicle very quickly. I was in need of a new car when my lease was ending. They had a few deals in the commercials and ads, so we stopped in to get quotes. Our salesman was helpful and spent half an hour pricing different vehicles we were interested in and figuring out what rebates we were eligible for. I settled on getting the same car I've been driving for three years...a Terrain. I love the car, but this new model had more upgrades and was less money then I'd been paying. It was hard to turn down. My mom also had her lease up and we ended up with 2 of them! Both of them brand new and ready to drive off the lot. Overall, the process took forever when trying to get everything signed and settled after 5pm on a Monday evening. We were very well accommodated throughout the process and everything was completed within a couple hours. I needed a few copies of everything for our files and our salesman gladly provided everything for us. I was happy with the service and would gladly come back to get a car from here. I love supporting local/Detroit/Michigan brands, especially when it comes to my cars! read more

I have been quoted multiple prices by an ever changing, ever rotating staff of customer service reps at the counter in the service department so I long ago decided I couldn't trust vyletel Buick gmc to do serious work on my car, but when I drove off the lot after simply having my oil changed my wheels were grinding in a way that they never had before. I don't expect anything to come of this but they did something to my car in the hour and 50 minutes it took to change my oil! Avoid this dealerships service department. They are worse than incompetent; downright untrustworthy. read more

I get an email saying my terrain is due for oil change/tire rotation and since this is a lease, it's all covered by the dealership. So I take it in, they tell me everything is completed and I'm on my way. Three days later my car has a message for overheating and my car stalls in the middle of the road. I sit and wait and finally manage to start it back up and get home. The coolant temperature was at 257 degrees. And all of a sudden my oil light said it needs to be changed. I make an appointment to take it back in and they have nothing for 4 days, which is fine. My neighbor takes a look at it and the cap was never put back on there for the coolant. He also took a look at the oil and says this is full, but it wasn't changed. I tell this to the guy at the service desk who says, that's weird. I'm given a rental and I literally drive it home and drove it back to the dealership a couple days later and the guy has the audacity to tell me he's gonna charge me for the gas I used up. Even a free oil change is not worth going to a dealership for. Can't wait to turn in this lease. read more

After a couple bad experiences at this dealership it's time to write this review. One, they are rude, and two they charge too much for leases. My first experience was a few years ago when I leased a car as a single female. One of the managers I dealt with made a sexist remark regarding my career, it was insulting, but I ignored it and chalked it up to the fact that some old white men can be ignorant. I avoided Vyletel for my next lease and had a much better experience at another Buick dealership. I've had to go back to Vyletel since then and while one person gave excellent service, mostly the employees are rude. This is not something that should be tolerated when spending a lot of money on a car or repair. They charged me way too much for my lease and I learned that the hard way. Check out other dealerships if looking to lease, it's definitely worth it. I wound up paying less for a better equipped Buick when going to another dealership. read more

I took my vehicle to this dealership because my check engine light was on and also the Stabiltrac light and the VSC light was blinking on and off. After they installed 4 spark plugs and an ignition coil, my car idled worse than it did when I brought it in. After driving my car for 2 days, it died on me on Metro Parkway and Garfield. I had to tow it back to this dealer. Then then told me I needed a new battery and a new alternator. After spending almost $1100.00 on my car, they said I needed a new O 2 sensor and possibly a PCM unit. The car ran horribly and idled even worse! Never take your vehicle here!! I know I never will again! My oldest son, who isn't an auto mechanic, did a diagnostic test on my car and it showed a problem with the spark plugs. He pulled the plugs out and noticed the gap on plug #2 was way off. He fixed the gap problem and my car now runs better than before. Thanks! I payed 3k to get my sierras active fuel management fixed and so i payed it because i was desperate and i got it back for maybe 3 weeks for it only to break again i was very upset and disappointed. Would not recommend tbis place to anyone and the service advisors were completely rude for no reason at all. I have had a very bad experience espically when it takes 3 weeks just for the truck to get look at and another month on just parts and labor which i understand everyone doesnt want to work and everything is expensive but that is very unacceptable coming from a dealership. read more

Overall great experience. Saw the GMC Terrain I was interested in, while browsing the Vyletel website. Sent an email to the used car sales dept. Next morning 9 am, I got a phone call from Gary, in used car sales. Went in same day to see the car. It was even better on the lot, had awesome custom pin striping that wasn't visible in pic on website. Long story short, I walked out with a great car that day. Car had 1 owner and low mileage beautiful inside, and perfect car fax rpt. Even got a free grocery holder for back hatch, Luv it. Thank you Gary. The worst service. I bought a $45K vehicle here a month ago. When I went there to redeem my rewards (points system to get accessories), they told me I had to print the voucher. Before I got there I looked high and low for instructions and I couldn't find anything that said I had to print anything, but it's possible I missed it. So, I asked if they would print it there, and instead of finding out, he just kept telling me he didn't know if he could do it. I drove an hour to get there, bought a car from them a month prior, I was standing right there in front of the guy, and he couldn't even bother to ask one of the other guys that were there if he could print my voucher. I mean, I could have created a PDF on my phone and emailed it to him. All he had to do was print it! If you don't know if it's 'allowed', which I'm sure it's no big deal, at least ask if you don't know! read more

If I could give 0 stars for this dealership I would! We had a 2016 Chevy Silverado lease that was nearing its end. The lease had 1 month until it was due to turn in and was well under mileage. We began looking at vehicles and we were working with Vyletel GMC dealership to re-lease a GMC Canyon. We worked with the sales rep Randy Essenmacher and the sales manager Todd Andrus who were both eager to have our business when we were in the market for a vehicle but once it was turned in and we had leased the new vehicle they were difficult to reach, dishonest, and truly could have cared less about helping us. We discussed with our salesperson at the dealership that there was a small dent in the front bumper of the vehicle that we believe occurred with someone hitting the truck in a parking lot. We had the dealership look over the truck with us to determine if we should make a claim with our insurance prior to turning in the vehicle (since we still had another month and were well under mileage at this time) but they informed us that they would give us a 500 credit towards this and so likely the balance would be under 500 dollars (which is what our deductible was). There were no other noticeable dents on the vehicle when we did a walk around with the dealership. The Silverado was turned in on 7/24/2019. We were informed in October, via our closeout statement (3 months later!), that we owed $1306.31 after the 500 dollar credit was applied because not only did they have to replace the front bumper but they had to replace the rear bumper for a large 6 inch dent that they sent us a photo of. We informed GM financial that the dent was not there prior to turning the vehicle in, in fact, there was a large trailer hitch on the truck even though we never pulled a trailer, specifically to prevent the back bumper from being hit the entire time we had the vehicle and this was left on when we turned it in. We called GM financial and were informed that the truck was inspected on August 9, 2019 at an auction lot, which means the truck sat for over 2 weeks before inspection. The truck was then repaired and apparently sold on 9/26/2019 before we ever received our closeout statement. We went to the dealership to discuss this as they reviewed our truck with us before we turned it in and were aware that there was no damage to the rear bumper but we were told by the dealership (Todd and Randy) that this was no longer their issue and there was nothing they could do. And of course, stated that there just happened to be no cameras in the area of the lot that the truck was parked in after we turned it in. We ultimately paid the 1300+ dollars for damage we know, and the dealership knew, 100% was not there when we turned the vehicle in which is just sickening. We have been GM customers for 20 years and will NEVER in a million years get another GM vehicle or work with this dealership again. I would like to note, also, that we had another vehicle, a Ford Explorer turned in the same week, had a zero balance closeout statement sent to us within 3 days and had absolutely no issues, so from now on they have all of our business. There is nothing worse to me than poor customer service, dishonesty, and a company who only wants to make money, even if it is at the expense of a hard working family. All the dealership had to do was admit to GM Financial that they reviewed the vehicle and that dent was not there, but likely at that point GM would have held them responsible so they wouldn't do it and now they lost a loyal customer and a lot of others who have heard our story and would never use them in the future. read more

I'm in the market after a few unfortunate events. I've looked at Chevy but incentives were better with GMC so I have been dealer hopping to get the best price. I walked in on Monday night to an almost empty showroom- that should of told me! I sat down and explained my truck was dead and that I needed to get into another vehicle. I knew the exact vehicle, features of what I wanted and a rough estimate of cost. Salesmen "Skip" came got me, I explained my situation and he crunched numbers. Almost $200 more a month than I was quoted at another dealer. He didn't tell me what any of the charges were. I was at his desk maybe 10 minutes before I said listen, I've been to other dealers I know it's possible to get what I wanted in the price I wanted and he got angry and said well you better "jump on it"! I thanked him for his time and walked out. I now see why nobody was there. They had no vehicles on lot. I don't get it. Anyways, I'm going to go pickup my new truck in the next few days. My 2011 GMC Sierra suddenly started to have trouble with the Stabilitrak system. While driving across Michigan on the open highway at 70 MPH the truck begins to shake and slow down to 5 MPH and the check engine lights all come on. I took it in for service at Vyletel where I bought the truck. The service person was friendly and knew exactly what the problem was. My truck was taken in for service. I was provided with a ride back to work. I picked my truck up at the end of the day. There was no charge, it was evidently a warranty covered issue. My truck has been running just fine. They even changed my oil at a discounted price. I wouldn't purchase another GM vehicle anywhere else :) read more

Horrible service department!! Made an appointment on a Monday at 1:30pm for an oil change, possibly a new battery, and to have the parking break fixed (there was a service bulletin regarding a common electronics issue). We had to call for updates, received excuses for delays, and didn't get the car back until Wednesday afternoon. Despite the now working parking brake, there was damage to the console around the parking brake button and the button itself was cracked!!! We absolutely did NOT bring the car in with those damages. The service manager was rude and aggressive, adament that they did not cause the damages and refused to take responsibility. We were left with no recourse in a he-said she-said situation so we now, after two days in their care, have a cosmetically damaged vehicle. What a terrible experience all around. read more

Slowest oil change I've received at any dealership. Check in process was longer than every dealership I've been to, was not greeted at my car as with other dealers. I asked for my included scheduled maintenance services to be performed only, rather than notify me that my included maintenance package had ended before performing services, they performed them and just charged me, leaving me with an unexpected bill that had to be paid before i could take my car. I will NOT return here, and I DO NOT recommend this dealer for service or sales. read more

I researched an Acadia for my wife and decided on a few models here so I called and made an appointment to see them with Tony the used car salesman. Tony introduced this blue 2011 Acadia as a certified pre-owned vehicle with just about all the options we wanted. Myself knowing a bit about vehicles decide to check out the undercarriage to check for the usual stuff. I notice that it's pretty clean (bit of rust) but a total lack of grease to all points. The tie-rods and ball-joints lacked grease and needed replacement (they were flopping in my hand). I mentioned this to Tony and he basically gave me a non-answer and kinda backed away and then left. I must mention that he did spend most of his time talking bad about his wife to my wife... Which was just odd. I mean if you're so unhappy, don't let her drive... Anywho, I left the lot and send him a text message. "We'd have to get the tie-rods, ball joints, and driver door seal replaced, which isn't expensive. Is that something we could work out?" He sent me the inspection report instead of having it checked out. He then called me and we tried to negotiate the price a bit. There wasn't negotiation. I was told that it was in fact not a certified pre-owned vehicle. Since this were true I wanted to have the things I had mentioned fixed prior to buying it but at the same price. He told me that he'd give me $500 off the vehicle if I just did it myself. He was very rude and condescending to me over all of this. I will make sure to let anyone know thinking of a car to not shop Vyletel GMC. Even the mention of a dealership I will have to say "as long as it isn't Vyletel" My question is: How could the management there allow such a weak yes-man who talks down about his wife to strangers to get a sale work there? I can't imagine this ass kisser selling a car unless someone was already ready to pay whatever price his lips uttered. I always come here to get maintenance done on my car and never have any problems. Pricing is online so you know what you're paying for. The guy comes up to the car to greet you so it's smooth sailing. They're fast too. I also got my used car from here and got a good deal on it. Only thing is when I traded my car in I don't think I was given the best deal but we live and learn. I was pleased that the GMC Service Manager Brian assisted and provided a loaner vehicle as well as a small discount on the service work that I had done since I was spending a considerable amount in service and I purchased my used vehicle from Vyletel and, since then, only use Vyletel for service/maintenance. However, I was disappointed that the mechanics/service team returned my vehicle with a tire pressure light that was on at the time that the runner brought it into the service entrance for pickup. This light has not gone out and comes on every single time that I power up the vehicle. Further, I had four new tires put on this vehicle less than a year ago and I think that it should be a routine practice to check fluids like (oil, transmission, steering, and washer fluid) as well as the condition and inflation of the tires. I don't live close to the dealership and have just stopped driving the vehicle in the very cold winter weather for fear that I could be doing further damage to my one or more under inflated tires. I am very disappointed that my tires weren't checked and appropriately inflated before I received my vehicle that had been at the dealership over a weekend...and couple of days of the next week for a total of four or five days. read more
