I have a monthly account. Every time I go on Sunday morning the inside automatic service is constantly closed. Why? This is why I pay a monthly fee. When it's open it's good. May have to consider elsewhere if this continues. read more

I always have my doubts that when a fully automated car wash has different prices listed for "different washes" that they are not all the same. From the $6 to the $24 how can I believe that they then off the "super foam polish" or the "wax coat". This one said they had wheel wash...: my wheels are no cleaner. It said all kinds of stuff but what I ended up with was a car with a clean front and and streaks from dirty water blown back like some diarrhea type racing stripes. I guess it's cleaner than it was, but not much better than a strong rain storm would have done. Next time if I come here I'll take more time and use the bays to wash it myself. If you don't want to do that then I say skip it and wait for the rain or find a better car wash to take it to. read more

I have been getting my car and my wife's car for the last 5 years. You used to have a husband and wife team that worked most of the time I went. They worked hard at getting the front and the rear washed down before the car went into wash. Lately you have young person that does nothing but take your money and send the car through. I had received a free 18$ wash for this car wash as a promotion. I went during week day afternoon and there was no wait. No problem using the promo and was even given a packet with a dash wipe, which worked to clean the dust off. The car wash is updated inside, which might be deceiving from the non-descriptive outside. My car was soaped with brushes from the attendants first and then into the wash. I could tell the side brushes were pretty powerful and at the end there's dryer tubes for the sides of the car, which I hadn't seen, like these. Overall a good experience, clean car, and no complaints. There are self bays and vacuums. read more

This place is how I would imagine a car wash in a third-world country .... Shortly after 5 p.m. Monday, I came here, intending to use a self-serve wash bay, so I could wash out my pickup truck's bed liner; a large trash container that had several months of funk inside; and a few grungy plastic totes and buckets. I pulled all of the aforementioned items out of the bed of my truck, and then went to get change ... that's when I realized that the freakin' change machine was out of order! Arggh!! I understand things break down, but what really ground my gears was that the ink on the hand-written "Out of Order" sign was so faded that I could barely read it. So obviously, it's been broken for quite some time. The automatic wash bay was closed, and there was no attendant in sight to ask for change. I didn't even see a sign for an office. There is a set of stairs that leads to a second floor above the automatic wash bay, but nobody appeared to be up there either. This place is set far back from the main road, behind a Cumberland Farms and commercial garages. Overall, the business looks pretty run-down, with cracked and badly settled asphalt, faded signs, cracked vinyl siding, and so on. So, I was pretty ticked off, as I put everything back in the bed of my truck and headed to a different car wash. You would think the owners of this place would make fixing the change machine a little more of a priority ... after the actual washing equipment, a bill changer is one of the most important pieces of equipment for a car wash business ... think about it. If you are not willing or able to maintain the place, sell it or shut it down. read more

This car wash has been in my town as long as I can remember. I've been going with my parents before I could drive and of course after and I still come here occasionally. It hasn't changed much over the years but its still a nice car wash. Even though it's not fancy and flashy it still does the job of getting your car nice and clean. They have an automatic wash run by an attendant and a decent amount of open stalls to do it yourself. Plenty of vacuums in front and behind the business so you never have to wait. There's a little vending machine with air fresheners,wipes etc. A little old fashion but I love it so I don't care :-) read more

I found this place since I was in the Coventry area and my SUV was long overdue for a wash. It was pretty easy to find off the main road although it was tucked away quite a bit. The gentleman who took my payment and guided me in was friendly enough. My car came out looking good without getting a top wash option. Reasonably priced. The only thing to quibble about was the vacuums were not included. I'd go back again if I'm in the area and need a wash. read more

Overall, I really like this car wash... when it's open. It has happened many times to me over the years where I drive all the way there during business hours (as listed online) only to see the door shut and the drive through car wash not open. It is frustrating when you spend a lunch break or a short amount of time while running errands trying to get a car wash only to waste your time driving there and back and not even end up with a clean car. That being said, generally the wash is pretty good. When the attendant takes their time to really brush down your car before it goes into the wash, it feels like a thorough experience well worth the cost and out of the way location. Sometimes the pre-wash brushing down hasn't been as thorough lately and that really affects the wash performance. I would definitely consider coming more often or purchasing a monthly pass if I knew when they would actually be open. read more

This car wash always leaves me with a shiny smile. it is a pretty low-tech operation with one or two people there to prep your car before going through the gantlet. We had our dog with us this past weekend and he determined they were evil and would not stop barking. The two guys had a good time with it as they brushed the rims and did the pre-wash routine. I was glad they weren't annoyed or disturbed by it. It isn't touch-less which used to scare me. however, it seems to be kept in good shape and we have never had an issue with marks or scratches from the brushes. Car washes always seem like they are more expensive than they need to be....but I am the lazy guy who doesn't seem to wash my car by hand so I guess that is what I get. It is usually a quick in & out so you can get on with your day. read more

The two guys who prep the car before going through the automated wash did a good job scrubbing and getting all of the gunk off and their approach using brushes, as opposed to just hosing it down, made a big difference in how clean the car came out.
