Paid for basic car wash ($10). Shutoff with display saying that there were 38 seconds remaining. But real problem is the wash results were terrible. I have pics of mold all over my car after wash. Silly me! Why would I go here and not look at the reviews when I always look at reviews first. I didn't think I would have to look up a quick car wash. I pull up and choose the 12.00 option so I'm assuming I should get a nicely washed truck, since the most expensive was 15.00. I'm furious to see how much of a waste this was. My car was still dirty, my whole back window was completely dirty and the truck just looked not new when it's a brand new truck. I seriously want my money back or at least a well done car wash. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would never be back. This is what I get for just assuming you could never get a car wash done wrong. Washed my car there couple of weeks ago. I chose the touchless service ($9). It was eventually touchless and washless. There was just few weak water sprays and then air spay and that's it. The car remained the same to before washing with the same dirt spots on doors, front and rear bumpers. I could easily touch the dirt and wipe it out by my finger. Why couldn't the wash? I found no one to claim for. What a waste to stop by there. read more

This touchless car wash is fine for removing 'every day' dirt. It will NOT remove sun baked grime like bird droppings. If you wash your car often, this place will be fine. If you expect it to blast off six months of gunk, you will be disappointed. Conveniently located on Rt. 2, it's easy in and easy out if you are turning right. I add it to my list of errands so I make that right hand turn. During the Spring there is often a waiting line for the three automated wash lanes. This place was actually very good when it first opened, but it couldn't be worse now. I had a problem with a touchfree bay that left my car covered with soap. I asked who I thought was an attendant to help with this, but that gentleman told me that he didn't work there. I later found him inside a door marked "employees only" where he then told me that he couldn't help me. So, this is a dump manned by a liar, evidently. And don't bother with the phone numbers on the building here. They are similarly useless. Been going there for years!!! Not sure if it was the owner or not but, my wife accidentally ran over a cone in parking lot and I just happened to be on the phone with her. He acted like she ran over his foot! Screaming at her! Being disrespectful is an understatement. Luckily for him he's elderly, and she calmed me down so I turned around and didn't go there. Don't waste your time! My car came out as filthy as it was going in. When I repeatedly called the business' only phone number provided on their website, it went to a fax machine. I, then, attempted to fax my message of displeasure, but the fax machine did not answer to accept my fax. I am not surprised because I doubt they receive many calls of praise. I really like this place. They don't have full service or at least we don't take advantage of that but it's a nice place just pull up, put your credit card in and get your car washed quickly and well. You can use their vacuums at a price. But it's just a simple and quick car wash and sometimes that's all I have time for. I just want to go and get in line if I have to although there isn't usually a line most times. I want to pull in have a quick car wash that may not smell like bubble gum or have lots of colors but it cleans my car well and then I can drive off and go on with my day. I use to go there all the time and then they "updated" it. Now, it is a great place to spend $24 dollars to get 3/4 of your car clean!! The machine never came around to the driver side, except to rinse. After the "wash", I complained to the attendant. He sent me through a second time and this time I recorded it. Showed him the video and his final answer was that I was too far over to the left. He told me if I didn't like the wash I didn't have to go there. This is a great location for a car wash, because rt2 stays busy and these RI roads are dirty! I like the choice of self serve or automatic washes. The prices are a bit high, could be cheaper. The self wash starts at $4 and that only gives you 4 minutes which isn't much time. I have taken my car into both self&typhoon and either is a good option if you need to clean your car up. Overall its just your average car wash, nothing crazy but it does the job. read more

The touch free wash was very short lasting, did not have enough water pressure, the soap came down primarily on my windshield only, and the driers did not come on at all. I tried to find an employee but no one was in sight so I ended up driving off with a car that was not only still dirty, but now would dry in the sun with water droplets and streaks. Brought my new truck there. Truck was clean with just a little dirt around the wheel well. Went through wash, and noticed after the high pressure rinse it drizzled some sort of chemical over the truck and then went straight to dryers. Truck was completely covered with white spots/blotches. Acually came out dirtier then it went in !!!!! Had to go thru another wash the same day to get the crap from this wash off !!! If I could give 0 Stars I would. Just like the explain my experience at this car wash. To protect the customer/consumer. We took our sports car out and decided to go to a touch less car wash. While going through the car wash not only did it not clean the car, the blower tore the side panel off the car that was held on by 4 brackets. I immediately stopped outside of the wash and spoke to an attendant who said to call the number posted for incidents. I contacted the number and politely told the gentleman about what had happened. His response was "that's unbelievable" call my grandson. I contacted the grandson, who came to the scene and said that the panel must have been cracked before. I told him the panel was not cracked and the blower blew it off, luckily the car wash had about 30 signs saying that it's under video surveillance for Consumer protection. The older gentlemen came to the scene and w starting getting disgruntled and yelling that the car was a piece of shit. I said that this behavior isn't needed and we'd simply call the police and let the authorities and insurance figure it out. He yelled back that we weren't getting his insurance. When the police arrived he offered us $50 for the damage. We filed a police report and our attorney will be in contact with this man. Consumer Beware. read more

Horrible waste of money!!!! I took my SUV here, got the ten dollar wash. They drier didn't dry my truck. Then after it air dried I see that my drivers side is covered in an oily substance that I can only assume is wax. Oily drips and smudges all over the side of my car. I tried to rinse it off at home, but it won't come off. I have to pay to have it washed somewhere else. Secondary to the oily substance, my wheels weren't clean at all either. I purchased a $15.00 car wash and as I started pulling forward to get my 1:20 drying. As I stated pulling forward the guy behind me pulls up on my rear end. Which is rude, but the wash does give him the green light. So the wash behind me starts with 55 seconds left on the drying timer . So now my car is not drying and I'm getting extra soap from guy behind me. If you like to keep your car clean you know this is awful. When I asked to go through the dryer again the rude older man inside the hut out back told me. "well the dryer is still on" and refused to work with me. Terrible! The bay I went into was broken and NO soap came out. I drove around to tell the attendant what had happened. He actually argued with me that that particular wash came with no soap. I literally had to argue why a car wash with no soap didnt make sense. He made me go back in to run it, just to prove it was broken before he finally put me in a bay that used soap. He was rude and very unfriendly. This wash is terrible. Save your money and go someplace who treats customers with respect. I agree with the other review it is a little pricey, Does not do that great of a wash either. Looked at my CTS when it came out and there was still dirt on the hood and fenders/bumpers. the dryer for me was the worst part it only gives you a short amount of time to dry off leaving droops all over your windows and etc... would go there for a summer wash but not for a winter wash.. Selected this car wash because it is touchless and I didn't want to have bristles ruin the paint or make swirl marks on my black vehicle. The website says the washes start at $8 however, I didn't see anything less than $10. That didn't bother me as I knew which wash I wanted which was $12. My car had some dirt, dust, and pollen on it but nothing too bad. The wash did a decent job of getting it off. I'd say the wash should have lasted 30seconds to 45seconds longer than it actually did. I was not impressed with the dryer. Maybe I drove through too quickly, I don't know. I still had beads of water on my hood and roof at the end. My rear window was dirtier (because of soap that wasn't washed off well enough) when I exited than when I entered. read more

I only take my vehicle through touch less car washes. I paid the $12. and pulled forward, stopped when instructed by the light and the machine went around my vehicle 2x's with clear water then the blower came on and THE GREEN PULL FORWARD LIGHT CAME ON! It never used soap, high pressure, or anything else.. all it did was a 'quick rinse' at very low pressure. My vehicle being white this made it worse...as all it did was make black stripes running down my vehicle. I returned to the back and looked around for a phone number (It was a Sunday afternoon so there were no employees), and there was no number listed anywhere. Avoid this place... The Typhoon Touch-less Automatic does a very poor job, even on the most expensive package. Save your money on this place. There are much better automatic car washes elsewhere. Plus the prices are ridiculous too! $15 Dollars gets you Triple Foam (Which Makes the car look no different), no Rain-X or any rain shield at all like other places! Plus the undercarriage wash does nothing, it barely sprays your under-body, gets nothing off. read more

I opted for a self-wash, and was very much disappointed! Where to begin? First, their machines don't accept quarters, which means adding extra time to your wash must be done in at least $1 increments. And you'll need those extra minutes, as their timers are clearly set to run fast. I timed my five-minute wash, and it lasted less than four minutes! On top of that, the foam brush took close to 30 seconds (or ~45 seconds, according to their timer!) to actually get any soap running through it, and the "spotless rinse" setting produced nothing more than a weak, useless trickle. Lastly, the credit card slot on the unit was taped over, meaning only $1s and $5s could be used to pay for the "wash." Worst... Car wash... EVER! read more
