We reached out to Star Bright on short notice for a Christmas party our church was hosting at a local school. Thankfully, they were available for our date, and we're so glad they were!! They were super friendly and helpful all throughout the process. Communication was quick and the entire process of booking was super easy and all details clarified (they've literally thought of every question I had and include the info in their paperwork for easy reference). At the event, we had Elsa and Anna for a meet and greet with 75 very excited elementary students. They were amazing with the children and made each child feel special. They had story time, took photos with each of the children and mingled with all the kids throughout the party (they were ALWAYS surrounded by the kids who loved asking Elsa and Anna lots of questions and taking to them). I honestly don't know where to start! These people are AMAZINGGGG! Karla was so easy to talk to, we communicated via texts and she was so patient! She was also understanding when I changed plans last minute because of the weather. Minnie mouse and her assistant came on time! Were super super friendly! Toddlers were so happy to see her. Although my daughter freaked out and I couldn't get a descent picture of her with Minnie but Minnie was super patient with everyone and made such an effort for our pictures! Where to start - how about a few days before my wife's birthday..... So I get the idea that it would be fun to have a singing telegram for her birthday.... found the typical run of the mill stuff and even found a local guy in a pink gorilla suit.... HILARIOUS.... but not for her. What about a princess.... that's a good thought. Tiana, Cinderella, Elsa, ... nah, no, nope.... what about Anna? Yeah - strong willed character - similar hair color - pretty funny (we'll get back to that) - so settled. A few emails back and forth with Karla and everything is set. Anna is gonna come by at 7:15AM.... yeah... that early... and do a quick bit with my wife and kid while we are all getting ready for school. Great! On the big day I got updates from Anna to making sure I knew what the status was and so I wouldn't be freaking out. She walks in, takes a look at our Dane and without missing a beat cracks out a Sven joke that sets the mood. From there it was all singing (and that was some good singing) and story telling. I rented Minnie Mouse for an hour !!!! The worst decision of our life this company is the worst ! Minnie came to the party and I previously send a message over to KARLA don't know she's the owner letting her know "please when Minnie gets there please do one game piñata and the birthday song" they did t follow anything that I asked them to do ... and it top of that Minnie Mouse took 5 water breaks ( and just to clarify the temperature was only on the 90 with a nice winds) water breaks (meaning she left the party to drink water ) this was a kids birthdays party they were 2 or 3 years old we had to explain where Minnie Mouse was going those five times that she left !!! The game Minnie play was limbo for a 2 year old !!!! Please !!!! People .... kids left after 1 minutes because they didn't understand anything !!! Minnie was supposed to give a crown to my daughter ... never did !!! And left 20 minutes early !!! The worst and in top of that I gave a deposit and they try to charge me again !!! We hired Wonder Woman for my daughter's 6th birthday party. She interacted with the kids well, but seemed kinda bored and scripted. However, after the planned activity, she made the best use of my paid hour and was able to give glitter tattoos to all the girls (and a couple boys). My daughter loved it and her friends talked about it at school on Monday. Once we made contact, booking the character was easy. Our schedules just didn't cross in the beginning. Would consider using Pixie Dust again in the future. Better prices than a company I used a couple years ago for Ariel. First off Karla the owner was so genuinely nice i have never met her but she just makes you feel like you have a friend to count on.....on the business side of things she is very professional and you can tell Karla is very selective with her business and goes above and beyond to cater her clients. Karla will send you invoices, pending balance and how to go about paying it, provides you with receipts with out even asking, the contract was set asap every thing she did exceeded timely manner. Now lets talk about the character we booked and his assistant Brooke. Wow let me begin with we were not disappointed at all with the unforgettable Spider Man. I did not have a lot of children we had roughly 8 children from 3 years old all the way to 10 and he was beyond amazing with the kids, as a matter of fact there was a toddler with her parent that was very scared of everyone but spider man helped her come out of her shell and she even fist pumped him. Spider Man completely embodied his character he even had us the adults laughing and cheering matter of fact one adult told me "this spider man is so awesome u make me want to have a spider man party just to book this particular Spider Man!" True story by the way. The joy he brought to my three year old had a few of us in tears!
