This review is overdue. This is my first time reviewing a company. I don't normally take the time but good children's entertainment is hard to find. I've had a character come before to a party and was disappointed with the costume. It was not what they advertised on the website. So I was careful this time to ask a lot of questions and ask to see pictures before. My son is a huge chase fan and I was looking to a chase character. I needed a convincing costume and was impressed with the costume. After talking with the owner, I decided to get 3 characters. The prices she offered was too good to pass up. We had them for an hour and a half. She suggested less time because the age range of the children and didn't want me wasting money if they got bored. But I wanted them longer and she helped me come up with some extra things they could do. They danced with the children for the first part of the party. They did the limbo dance and freeze dance and some line dancing party songs and took some requests. My son was engaged the whole time and that's hard to do with a 3 year old! My son really like having color time with chase and parachute. They did a lot of pictures with us and we are a big family. We appreciated them posing with everyone for individual pictures. The owner did the face painting. She was great with the kids. She never sat around. She jumped up to help with the music or join in if there wasn't someone to paint. She also offered to take photos for the entire family so that no one was left out of the picture. One little thing that i appreciated was that no matter how many times my dad offered to help carry their things she insisted that we enjoy the party and that it wasn't necessary. I thought that was nice. They also texted me about 5 minutes or so before they were supposed to come in to let me know that they were there. I will use them again. Now I know that when you can't go to Disneyland, you can bring Disneyland home! Pixie Dust Princesses and characters truly exceeded my expectations. When I hired Princess Belle and the Beast as surprise for a 5 year old birthday party I never expected they would be such exceptional performers and truly professional artists. Princess Belle sang with such a beautiful voice that she could've performed in the musical version of Beauty and the Beast. The two characters took over the party from the minute they arrived. They played games, danced, told stories, and sang with the children. Which left us adults the comfort of sitting back and relaxing to enjoy the show. They made this an Absolutely wonderfully magical event. They made our princess feel like a real princess! Memories to last a lifetime. Super affordable also. The best price in town. In fact, I compared princesses from LA, San Diego, and Orange county and Pixie Dust Princesses and characters was the best deal hands down. They are completely professional. Great with children! This company is absolutely amazing! I ordered Peppa Pig for an hour on Sunday and I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. Carla the owner was so great at helping me understand what the performer was going to be doing and gave me such a great price for what I received. The performer called me about 15 minutes ahead of time letting me know she was there and ready to celebrate my daughter's birthday with me, she was such a sweet girl and she came in right on time and came over to my daughter and was hugging her and it was the sweetest thing. The performer then played a few games with the kids, a party host taught them dances and Peppa danced with all the kids. The performer had so much energy and the kids loved her! I will definitely be hiring again and I would highly recommend Pixie Dust Entertainment to anyone that wants to make their child's party a little more special! Thanks again Carla! read more

Spider Man was amazing! we hired him for our 4 year old's son. From the moment Spider-Man text me a few days before to confirm details he stayed in character, he never broke character even when he left he told my son & the party he was off to New York. He even sounded like the real spider man. My son was super shy throughout the entire party and he didn't really want to participate, but that didn't stop everyone else from enjoying spider man, even the older teenagers found him entertaining and joined in on the fun. Although my son was shy, spider man kept including him in the fun, towards the end my son finally let loose a little just in time to take pictures and say goodbye. My son wanted Batman and Spiderman for his 5th birthday party. I shopped around at various companies and decided to go with this one. I am so glad that I did! Batman looked just like the real Batman! My son was amazed! Spiderman looked great too, and was the one who ran the party mostly. He was so funny and energetic and kept the kids entertained for 2 full hours! They get bored fast, but not with these guys. They did games, obstical course, tattoos, played music (brought their own speaker and playlist). I'm so happy and will be calling them again. Oh, and the owner Carla was so easy to talk to. She made sure that we got what we wanted and even texted us when they were 2 minutes from coming to the door. Very professional. read more

WOW! This company had the best website and selection of characters I've seen. The most authentic looking mascots. I decided to hire them for an LOL surprise doll party. I hired 3 characters and boy did they look great! The were early and took the time to meet me around the corner to go over last minute details. The costumes were clean and new. They looked like they came straight out of a toy box. The kids loved them and my daughter walked them all around the party and wanted them all to herself. The coordinator or host kept the activities moving like dancing, games, limbo, and even helped with our pinata. They were professional during the entire process. We hired Belle for my granddaughter's 9th birthday party. The communication I had with Karla going back and forth thru email was great! She keep in contact with me, all the way up until the night before. Their price was really reasonable and I would definitely us them again in the future and recommend them. Belle was GREAT and her voice was amazing. Some of our party guests thought she was lip singing Go with Pixie Dust Entertainment!! You wont regret it FYI - I totally ignored the negative review. We hired Pixie Dust to do a party for our 3 year old. Karla the owner is such a great communicator and so very pleasant to work with. We had a Princess Party and your queen focused her attention on our little Princess! They sang songs and read stories, face painted and posed for pictures with all the other children at the party. Even though it was SO hot out - they were so good with the kids. I would recommend Pixie Dust to anyone who is planning a character themed party. She handled every detail and the cast of characters that graced our party was fantastic! I hired Anna and Elsa for my daughters 3rd birthday and they were amazing!! My daughter was very nervous and a littleoverwhelmed meeting them but they handled it perfectly and were so patient with her. They had every second of the hour that they were there planned. The Buzz and Woody party I attended was done with such care and professionalism! The costumes were beautiful and the people inside them really brought the toys to life. ;) The assistant was very attentive and cheerful as well and was able to roll with any changes.
