I was running late due to unforeseen circumstances; and, upon calling, I was informed that although she offers a 10-minute grace period, I would be required to pay for the services again (since I would be ~15 minutes late) despite there not being any appointments booked after mine. I wish I had the opportunity to try out her services considering I am in need of a new professional on a weekly basis, but the inflexibility and customer service that I experienced were off-putting.
