Came in to buy a cartridge, explain very explicitly to the cashier/sales representative or whatever that we wanted a cartridge not a disposable pen and once we bought the product and got out the door we realized it was a disposable pen and went back to return it and they said they wouldn't give us a refund the max they could do is give us a 10% discount off our next item.. Just stay clear of this place. Most people posting 5-star reviews are incentivized by leaving a 5-star Google Review for a $1.00 preroll in store by the bud-tenders, hence the reason why most of the reviews have little to no description. If you look at ANY other review source (Yelp,Weedmaps,etc), this place is rated absolutely terribly. I went today, after driving a half an hour, and no joke stood in line for about two hours for in-store, with online orders being around the same time-frame. Absolutely no excuse that on a Saturday this happens at all. The few employees working were vocal about hours being cut and the manager not scheduling people properly in front of customers. One employee is actually the one who persuaded me to leave a review like this on the way out in hopes something would change for both the employees and customers. (wtf.. isn't that crazy?) Only 2 registers open. No apologies, no discount offered for anyone for the inconvenience of the failures of the staff/manager, but hey, they handed out stickers! I don't know what has happened over the last couple months, but this place just sucks now. Definitely won't be coming back ever again. Trashy as it gets. read more

You're allowed to view their edibles but not touch due to covid. Also you can view their flower through a litto window. Social distance and masks enforced . All budtenders informative. Avoid this place when they are busy as you will wait way too long even if you "avoid the line and order online". Happened to me the last 4 visits. Problem is their budtenders spend a lot of time making small talk with customers instead of getting to the business at hand. Amazing new prices and great customer service for medical patients and recreational customers

This was my first stop while on a solo-vacation in Colorado. I had been steered this way by other reviewers, and I was generally happy with my experience. They updated the outside and there is a large parking lot. There are a lot of people in and out but I had no trouble parking. You are ushered into a small room where you are carded and given directions, "Keep your ID out, wait in this gift shop, cash only etc". There are two ATMs on site, so don't worry about coming in loaded with cash. I stepped into the gift shop and was only able to slightly take in the tie dye shirts and lighters before my "budtender" came in and took my ID and brought me into the other room. It was just one room - a wall with a chalkboard describing the pricing for pre-rolled joints. Then the center was all the actual green, different names, different blends, all do something different. There is a case of cheaper items that are "new strains" etc that they want to get a feel for before buying it outright. There is a small wall with glass pieces and other smoking devices, a section for pens and even an inhaler that has weed. Along the back wall were all the edibles. They had a "candy", "baked" and "food" or something along those lines. In candy they had mints, gummies, fruit strips, fruit snacks, etc. Baked were cookies and brownies. Food was more like melts, pecan bars, truffles, and gum drops. I had no idea where to begin, the first guy clearly was surprised to still have people who have never been. He glossed over everything very quickly. When I asked what the different strains did he said "legally he wasn't able to talk about how they make you feel". I just stared at him unaware how I'd know what to try... I ended up trying some gummies and getting one actual grass, but not knowing what I was buying it was way too strong and I never used the rest after my first try. It was very clean, it was a very fascinating concept and they were very professional. Cool experience! read more

They didn't have to do that and I really appreciate it, it gave me the opportunity to try more things and still stay within my budget. The selection is great and the pricing isn't crazy..compared to what I'm used to over in DC. And the moon rocks being sold in 1g quantities also allowed me to try something I never would've paid for a full 8th of. This place was a blessing to find after being told that none of the springs sold rec and that we would have to drive 40 out to pueblo to go to something called cannabis depot. Just go to Pueblo or Denver. This place is a tourist trap. They seem to be so worried about money, their customer service can't listen to what a customer wants. Be prepared to be completely confused because everything is packaged as an 1/8th and their prices are ridiculous. They will add no assistance instead add more confusion. Tourist trap of the highest order, it seems to be the only recreational store in Colorado Springs, and the prices are the highest I've ever seen. I'm not impressed, with the customer service. I've been there once before tonight... both experiences were traumatic. I'm new to the area, so I'm still learning my way around. However both times I visited both ladies that have helped me, we're not very welcoming nor understanding of the fact that I was new; and I don't quite understand how things work. I became distressed when my questions were dismissed and any time I would ask, it seemed as it was a "chore" to answer my questions. Tonight I left in tears because I was so anxious by the response and interaction with the bud tender that was helping me. I don't think I will be returning. And wouldn't recommend this shop for anyone, medically.
