Hands down best movie experience I have ever had. Food was amazing. The staff was great and attentive. Will come back.

Absolutely love this place. Lots of day dates and Tuesday's are discount days! Chicken tenders are delicious!

June 10th, 2023. It's disappointing to spend 46 dollars on seats alone and then another 56 on food not only was our server Jacob in Theater 5 for Spiderman across the Spider verse incompetent. We had asked when the last call for food was and was told immediately after he finished our order he would not be taking any more come to find out one of our orders never came out. Not only did he say it was a food runner "error" then comes back 5-10 mins later to let us know that he never even sent part of our order to the kitchen in the first place. Not only did I not get the tenders but all I got was an apology for a mistake on his behalf. And then to find out he was still taking other customer's orders in between this time frame. Very disappointed in the service coming from another server I understand mistakes happen but not doing anything at least in your power as a server to catch the mistake until 35-40 mins in is just very ignorant read more

The good the decor is absolutely beautiful. The seats are comfortable the atmosphere is amazing. The bad the service is lacking. We took the whole family for my birthday so spent quite a lot. We had the pod no blanket offered. We asked they said they didn't know if they had any it was a busy weekend. No popcorn brought until we asked again. Food was good not great. Didn't see the waiter at all after food was brought we still gave her a good tip but not sure I'll be back after spending so much. read more

It's good. Maybe one step behind IPic. But been here three times. It's a good theater. A little strict on their liquor shot sizes for their prices. A little leeway on their shot sizes would be nice at the bar. No pool table. read more

Really nice theater, clean, professional and friendly staff. I've been here a handful of times now and the food is hot and tasty it just takes some time to get the food to the table so I recommend ordering first thing so you get your meal mid-movie. Tuesdays are a special discount day, enjoy a movie for $5 and a margarita for the same price . BTW seats do recline so enjoy your movie in comfort. read more

I don't think I've ever been to a nicer looking movie theater. As we walked up to the counter we were immediately greeted and helped. Our movie was in theater 1, super big and spacious. Love the seats, how much space there is in between and also in front of you. We ordered a coke, small popcorn and chicken tender basket. Everything tasted great!! Staff was very nice and friendly. We recently held a company event at Star Cinema in Spring and couldn't have been more pleased. This was my first time going and immediately upon arrival, I was impressed (I felt like I was walking into a five-star hotel). If you're looking for an awesome place to host a private group event, then Star Cinema Grill, Springwoods is the place to book. Our marriage ministry recently held a private event and the experience was absolutely amazing. The theater was clean (a must in these Covid-19 times) with wonderfully comfortable seating and space for effective social distancing. The service and professionalism by the entire theater team was exceptional. Rita Parks and Macy Thompson provided excellent guidance and continual contact to ensure that our requests for set-up and accessories were met. The waitstaff, led by Tucker, worked continually to expedite and deliver food orders. All together, we can't say enough about how wonderful the night was. It is the consensus of the group that this first outing by our group in 2021 is one to remember. read more

Watched "Gladiator" tonight on the big screen. It's been about 20 years since we've done that. It was pretty cool watching this epic film here. We sat in a pod which is a semi private pair of reclining seats with two sliding tables. One of the most comfortable new style theaters we've been in. The staff was very friendly and the food was much better than expected. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with chips and salsa and the wife had egg rolls. Very good and not messy. They serve alcohol, but I didn't get any just bcs I wanted to stay awake till the end of the movie. This is the third or or fourth time we've seen a movie here in the past few months. It hasn't been crowded yet and has turned out to be a nice way to spend and evening. Also talked to the girl up front and she said that SCG will be showing the Astros games on the weekends. If you've forgiven them for cheating like I have and plan to watch them this year, this seems like a neat alternative to going to the games. Just check the schedule online. read more

Work nearby so they give us discounts and it is just about the most beautiful theater I've ever been too. We usually go in groups afterwork, being that we can just walk there, and get a quick drink and see a film. Really nice and very convenient. Taken my bf here as well on the weekends and it's a nice date night. The drinks are awesome and the popcorn is delicious. Reminds me of the ipic theatre in the river oaks locations, very classy and black and white. Staff is always friendly and try to do their best to get the order out on time and to the right person. read more

Beautiful Place. Easy parking in parking garage. Seats are very nice. Food taste really good. Bathrooms super clean. There was a few issues like my wife and i ordered burgers and they only brought mine. After 20 minutes had to go look for the server to ask where it was. Appetizer we ordered never showed up, but at least it wasn't on the check. For some reason my check had a 5$ coke zero on it, which we didn't order or have. It was too dark to see the check clearly before signing it. Most of the employees are kids, and probably their first ever job. The service all in all was subpar, but even so, I will go back, and I still recommend it to anyone reading this. With a little time and experience a lot of those problems will go away I'm thinking, because the potential is really, really there. I have high hopes for this to be our new favorite mid week cinema. read more

Great experience, fantastic facility with superb ambiance. Loved that the chairs reclined and we could order real food. Only miss was that you can't place an order from the app. You scan the QT to see the menu, then push a button and wait for someone to arrive to take your order. I can not say enough about this movie theater!!! IT IS TRULY THE MOST PRISTINE THEATER IVE EVER BEEN TO. The ALL CAPS for emphasis! Not only is it such a beautiful experience from beginning to end, the service is awesome, food is amazing - did I mention pristine? Seems like an amazing place to work because everyone there takes such care of the experience and is seemingly super happy. This is one of the best theaters I've ever visited. The VIP chairs, food and service was outstanding. We even made a 40 minute drive to try it out with our 5 and 3 year olds. The privacy that the VIP chairs gave us allowed our kids to be themselves without disturbing others around them. read more

This is the Four Seasons of movie theaters. Everything is clean. Buying tickets is easy and the employees are helpful. Everyone wants to make sure your experience is beyond expectations. The food is reasonably priced. My one small suggestion, and this is nit picking, is they need purse hooks in the bar. It's a beautiful bar with multiple TVs and everything is comfortable. It would have been nice to have a purse hook rather than put my purse on the floor. This place definitely deserves 5 stars though. I'm sure we will only go to this theater from now on. read more

This is our favorite movie spot hands down. Done in movie, uhm- YES PLEASE! Even if we decide not to eat dinner, we can enjoy drinks and dessert. Prices are somewhat reasonable compared to the theaters we are used to in NY. Quality of food is decent. Some being better than others. Seats are incredible. read more

I love the recliner chairs and the table Is a good size! The lobby is incredible they have a big seating area at the bar and for lounge area to waiT for friends! The food is pretty good as well, they are a bit slow however! Totally worth checking it out!! I like better than cinepolis. read more

Great experience and pretty good food. They were very attentive and the service was exceptional. I would definitely return here and there was a great looking bar. The theater is designed like a sort of chic lounge and nicely done. I saw the joker movie here and had their sampler type entree. Brought my daughter here a week ago because this theater had the latest showing for movie she wanted to see. She was very happy with the atmosphere and food and service. When she asked to go the movies again this week this was her first choice and I came back without hesitation. Kid tested mother approved lol.
