We were also told the dress would be ready, only to have last-minute issues come up and multiple trips wasted trying to get this resolved. To make matters worse, the contact information on the receipt was incorrect, making communication even harder. When we tried to calmly work out a solution due to our work schedules and the inconvenience already caused, the response we received was unprofessional and dismissive instead of customer-focused. At the end of the day, this was a $300 dress for an important event for our daughter, and we expected much better quality, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress right before her dinner dance. I would not recommend based on our experience.

Sent in 3 suits, 2 Jos A Banks and 1 Hager, to be dry cleaned. They were around or less than a year old. 2 of the jackets came back ruined. Went to the cleaners to see what could be done and was given the reason of nothing since it wasn't their fault. instead, was told when the suits get old the liner disintegrates, and that's what caused it to wrinkle. the liner is still perfect. Now we are out 2 suits. Pictures are attached. I am not one to leave a review, but when your told nothing to do with them, and nothing can be done. Why yes there is, it's called yelp And find a different dry cleaner.

She rudely says, "No, it's too late for today and we haven't cleaned on Saturdays in over two years." I literally *just* said we're from out of town - how am I supposed to know that?
