A special shoutout to Miss Toni on the day shift. She is one of the nicest people you will meet--always kind, helpful, and welcoming. She keeps the place looking immaculate, and it really shows. Whenever I drop my clothes off for wash and fold, Miss Toni does a phenomenal job--honestly better than I would do at home. My clothes always come back looking like they were pressed and ironed. That's how good she is. Great customer service and a great environment. I definitely recommend this laundromat!

Same for one that said 8.79, charges more, not sure why. Took 35 min to dry jeans, so like $1.50/ load. Their staff take up back table folding wash n fold orders, should be available for customers. One older lady sat down to fold her laundry because of that. The staff is constantly cleaning dryer vents n wiping down machines n sweeping. . Some people coming in and out and hanging around location make you worry n watch your belongings. I love that this location is spacious n open, don't have to worry about being too close to other people. But odor, so I'll find somewhere else to wash this persons clothes.

They ruined my comforter ON TOP of The staff being incredibly rude and pushy, constantly harassing customers for tips. The begging and demanding of tips has been the last few times I've been there and it's just out of control especially with the service they want to be tipped on. Today I was told that my fiancé "hasn't tipped the last three times," which is not only untrue but completely inappropriate to say to a paying customer. Gratuity is supposed to be optional and a reflection of good service -- not something customers should be guilted or pressured into. When we do tip, it's always $20 or more, but being treated this way after years of loyalty is unacceptable. To make it even better I attached photos of how my king size Casaluna comforter was returned to me. I sent it in perfect condition just a monthly wash & they return it with blue stains all over it. I thought maybe they combined them so I went home looked thru everything & I was missing the laundry. Called them up & they stated they didn't have it. I went down there. Was told that they would look for it & call me back. About an hour later I get a phone call stating I never paid for my laundry. I stated I have the receipt & the attendant stated they called the wrong number. Then I get another phone call that they cant find my laundry and that I didn't pay for my laundry. I told them I was coming down there. By the time I got there they miraculously found the receipt ..but still my laundry was missing. I told them I wanted a refund & they lady told me she can't. It took a 1/2 hr of arguing to get my money back for a service that was not provided.
