When she showed receipts from what the other bridesmaids paid, the response was "oh they must not have gone a good job". When she mentioned what other places locally were charging, the response was "well we do a good job" None of this explains why they are charging QUADRUPLE what other places charge and what others have paid at different locations. I went back late afternoon Thursday, and was greeted by two friendly pugs/lhasa apso/mutt dogs, and got my suit and shirt, no muss, no fuss. First, they tried to shift the blame onto me--suggesting I may not have brought in the pants at all--even though both pieces were clearly listed on the ticket. Then, instead of taking proper responsibility, they offered to replace just the pants with a pair of blue pants they found online. As a dry cleaner, they should know better--pants made from a different roll of fabric (even of the same material, color, and brand) will never match the jacket. I told them the only acceptable solution was to replace the entire suit with the same one, and I even offered to let them pay the tailor directly. But they continued to haggle over how much of the cost they should cover. Eventually, I had to tell them I'd be pursuing the matter in small claims court. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Be warned.

Today was the worse so far. I go to drop off clothes today, Friday, and was told could not pick up clothes because of the heat tomorrow. So have to wait until Monday. Unfortunately, that causes a problem for me because needed one of the suits sooner. You don't find this out until you go there. I commented on it and the young lady helping the person next to me started laughing at me, which is rude to say the least. Now, this company could send a notice out via email like they do on their offers to let people know in advance that there service is changing for a day or two. That would make sense. God forbid you notify people in advance. The second gripe I have with this place is they tore one of dress shirts some how. The girl took my info and said someone would call me. That was months ago and I'm still waiting for the call. Recently I picked up some shirts I dry cleaned and there is now like a twelve sort of stain on one of my shirts that was not there before. Another shirt ruined. Last but not least, if I have a simple food stain on my shirts, their cleaning process appears not to be able to get them out.
