Tried to get them to repair their work and they refused, wouldn't even reimburse for their poor work quality. I brought the shirt to another tailor in town and they said it was unrepairable because the fabric was glued with fabric glue before being stitched. Shirt is ruined. This used to be my go to cleaner but I think it changed ownership as the pandemic hit. Not the same place - DO NOT USE!

They came back looking brand new. So I went back and took some of my dad's things, similar prices except upcharged for a very heavy men's coat. I came back to pick them up and I paid special attention on the coat with more expensive cleaning and they did a great job. I would say priced very fair and do excellent work. I was told my dresses would be ready after 12:00 p.m. on July 3 and that the store would likely be closing by 3:00 p.m., so I should come sometime after noon. When I arrived shortly before 12:00 p.m. on July 3, the store was completely closed. There was a sign on the door stating they would be closed that day. Unfortunately, a sign on the door did not help because I had already been told in person that the store would be open, and I had planned around that information. As a result, I was unable to wear either dress for the events I needed them for. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I calmly explained why I was frustrated. Instead of acknowledging that I had been given incorrect information, the owner told me they decided not to open because it was too hot to come in and that customers had been notified by placing a sign on the door. I explained that a sign on the door was not an adequate way to notify someone who had already been told to come between noon and 3:00 p.m. to pick up clothing needed for holiday events. I asked whether a discount could be offered because of the inconvenience, but she refused. When I said I would not be returning and would share my experience in a review, the owner responded that she "didn't want my business anyway" and then told me to leave the store. In my experience, the prices are higher than other local dry cleaners, and I have not found the quality of the cleaning to justify the cost. After this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have had much better service, pricing, and overall quality at Fairway Cleaners in Dresher. Mistakes happen, and I understand that plans can change. What was most disappointing was not the closure itself, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, or customer service afterward. A sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome.
