Frustrated, I called Frigidaire to have them make me yet another appointment (3rd), to find out that they had changed my appointment with West Texas Appliance to another day and time without calling me. West Texas Appliance took my appointment off of their books today and changed it to another day and time, and never let me know a thing! Now that's the way to do business in Abilene. Rodney, the owner, was quick to respond to our phone message over a holiday weekend, He came the following day and gave us an estimate for replacing it because it was covered in corrosion and could not be fixed and ordered the part. While he was here, we showed him other repairs that needed to be done, and he offered to do it also. He came back within two days with the parts we needed and repaired quickly things that had stopped working properly. He was kind, caring, friendly and very competent at his job. He did not overcharge us for his work. He is highly recommended if you need appliance repair.
