They do not have an office; they work out of the managing partner's home, (not very professional). Their website boast of all their experience, but the lawyer that showed up at court had just gotten his law license within the past year, and judging from his performance this was his first court case. The opposing attorney far surpassed him in the courtroom. Their fee amounted to over $3000 for one day in court. My leases provide that if I take legal action against the tenant and prevail, they must pay reasonable legal fees. The judge ruled that their fees were not reasonable, and would only allow less than 1/3 of what they charged me. The opposing attorney stated that he charged his client one quarter of what they billed me. The attorney from called me one afternoon when I was on another call. When I called back, he was on another call and they charged me $6.50 to tell him that I returned his call. While I won the case, it was because I am a real estate agent and have an air tight lease written by the Georgia Assosc. of Realtors. This law firm is an example of why people hate lawyers.

They made me completely lose connection with my daughter by never trying to make me able to contact my daughter or help me find the correct counselor actually needed ,except blame me for me not doing enough when I gave them everything they needed, and I was lied to from the beginning , I thought there was laws against this ,,,when they did go to court she asked me how I wanted my paperwork and I told her this is exactly how I want it. Christina went to court and changed it without my permission completely not what I wanted 2 1/2 weeks after court to get a hold of her to find out it even happened , I couldn't even talk to my lawyer after court that's ridiculous. Ignored all my emails about fixing it wouldn't answer me back , Its overwhelming me telling them its physically and mentally messing with me. They had no cares for my mental health at all, they ignored it . things are so messed up now. I haven't talked to my daughter for over a year and I paid for that,,,(( There's so much much I'm leaving out,)),,,,from two weeks to court to 9 months;,,to it was a time sensitive case ,,no guardian ,stories changed With a alienating parent ,yet. Nothing done in a timely fashion whatsoever and I have all the EMAILS TO PROVE IT not one thing they were gonna do was ever done ,,,,did not stick up for me or my rights as a good father that raised my daughter ,we were two peas in a pod ,until this Alienating started there's no law in Georgia but they said that they would have my back ,,but then let the other lawyer dictate my case , this is the most painful thing I've ever had to deal with in my whole life been going through depression trying to deal with ,,I miss my daughter ,,
