Their communication was on par, they kept us informed of every step that they were planning to make and having us come out to see the vehicle so they can explain the repairs in person so we can understand all of the work being done. They also went above and beyond with the repairs! My car looks brand new due to their excellent work and attention to detail. I don't usually recommend people or businesses, because it is incredibly difficult to find businesses that you can vouch for but I will vouch for Renew Auto Body & Paint and Abraham's team.

These people are extremely irresponsible with the dogs they've had. They neglected both of them and…read moreboth died. Both got ran over. First of all, I live three blocks away from this place and I walk my dogs in this neighborhood. I am familiar with this business and the way they mistreated their dogs and allowed both of them to get out of their business dozens of times and both eventually were hit by cars and passed away. Many people, including at least one other business owner next to them asked them to fix their fence and not allow their dogs to keep getting out. They never did it!! First dog was about a year old and kept getting out everyday, until he was eventually ran over in January or February of 2024. His poor, innocent body was in front of the furniture store that's a block away from this irresponsible establishment! The owners of this place were told about the dog and yet they never went to pick up his body and dispose of it properly. They left it there until animal control picked it up about a week or more later. Second dog, an innocent German shepherd, got out many times, and once again, these people were told to fix their fence and do not let their dogs keep getting out, bur again, they didn't care! That poor German shepherd got out two weeks ago, was hit by a car and passed away right in front of the church that's behind this business. The dog was barely 3-4. Lived a horrible and neglected life. It was the people at the church who had to dispose of the poor dogs body. Once again, these business owners are extremely irresponsible, neglectful with their dogs, and I would also add, that also responsible for animal cruelty! Like I mentioned above, they were notified of the issues with their dogs dozens of times, over 3-4 years . They never fixed them! Nothing was done! They allowed their dogs to get out and both ran over and passed away! If this is how irresponsible they are with their poor, innocent dogs. Do you think they would be responsible with your cars? I noticed they work with Amazon delivery cars a lot. So I am planning to write a letter or complaint to all Amazon DSPs in the area. So they stop doing business with them! I am very upset with the tragic ending of both of their poor dogs. All they had to do was fix their fence and this could have been prevented. In four years they never fixed anything! I've lived in this neighborhood for 20+ years. This is my area. I support our local businesses, but we need responsible business owners. These people have very low morals, and values.

They repaired what needed to be fixed and replaced my headlight but they did not put a new headlight instead they put in a used headlight that was cracked and water got in my headlight. They also didn't install the headlight correctly. I had to replace it again. They are charging insurance as if they order new parts and are using used parts. Watch out! Take your car elsewhere!!! Prestige got it towed to their shop and handled everything, they even dealt with my insurance for me. This is the most hassle free experience I've ever had dealing with an auto shop! They got the work done as fast as possible and even replaced all the aftermarket accessories and add-ons. My truck went from being a wrecked mess to looking like nothing ever happened. I called them out on the job that was performed and they had no choice but to repair/redo the work. As I continued to walk around the truck with the rep... Chris, I continued to poin out other little things that I would like to fix... at my expense of course. Chris responded with "why don't you just buy a new truck!". First of all its my truck I decide what I fix on it and second why would YOU! The Repair shop deny the customer the service? Idk where this guy's head is? When the truck was finally finished I was unable to pick it up before they closed so they offered to drop it off. Great! Thank you! I was happy to finally have my baby home. I drove it to show my wife the finalized job and was pulled over for no brake lights while on way. I called them and they sent someone to reconnect the light harness...thanks a-lot guys So that should have been a red flag, but i decided to take my 2006 bmw 330i to redo the haze on the headlights as well since the headlights on the Silverado came out good. But, when I went to inspect the work on the headlights I noticed that there was cracks in the headlights from them over sanding them. The rep... a diff guy/maybe the owner Andy I believe his name was, said..."I would talk to Chris about this so he can give you some sort of discount" I called Chris...this seems like good cop bad cop to me! But Chris says "someone else did that, not us" he went over the charges and said it was something like 228$ for the work and they did not remove the headlights they just taped off the engine bay and sanded and shot the clear he said they had headlights removed I know he was lying because they would have to remove the whole bumper to remove the headlights in this model. Chris tells me he can get me a headlight 1,000$ I was like really? I vowed to never return took my car and have been living with the damages and defects on both of the vehicles!

Stay far far away. I took my 2024 Mazda in for collision repair (rear quarter panel/door). It seemed mike a simple repair but not to these people. Delays after delays and almost 2 months later, I was contacted to pickup my car. First time I picked up my car, paint was not the right color, paint blemises were visible in repair and no repaired areas. The door that they repaired was not aligned. They did not even bother to clean the intrior of all of the dusts, screws/taps that they just left in my car. Painter's tape was still on the car! I needed my car for work so I drove it home and was advised to make an appointment to get the issues addressed. As I drove off, my rear passenger ac panel fell off! It wasn't even put back together properly. I did more inspection of the vehicle and found that they damaged and scratched my center console, trying to pry it open with what appeared to be a sharp object. They left multiple safety alert and drive selector unplugged so I could not change my drive style. My shift knob was loose and came off while I was shifting to park. Damaged non-related exterior bumper and trim pieces and did not properly replace them. They used double sided tape to secure one of bumper trim. I only found out because a few days in the heat, the trim was sticking out saw the tape. I took it back and was asked to accept a "cosmetic" compensation for the interior damage. I did not accept and they had to replace my whole center console. In the middle of them working on my car, the service manager was no longer employed there so they had a new guy work with me. A few more delays and weeks later, i was called to pickup my car. When I drove up, I could see the area where they painted was a different shade. The service manager was not even aware of this so I pointed it out. Paint blemises were still visible. The "new" door that they installed was scratched and poorly painted. I did not drive it home. A few weeks later, I went back to pick it up. They painted the whole passenger side to "match" the paint. Paint blemishes were still visible. Scratched my tail light. More damages to bumper. My front passenger bumper wheel well trim was now also damaged! I was fed up and call insurance for different shop option. They offered to take it to their sister shop in clovis. Dealt with two different service managers that were not the easiest to deal with and finally got my car repairs completed. Still some blemishes here and there but not worth my headache and back and forth shenanigans to deal with these people.

My recent visit to Fix Auto Fresno Body Works South was fantastic! After my wife's 2018 Hyundai Elantra was vandalized ( https://www.cnbc.com/2022/09/08/tiktok-challenge-spurs-rise-in-thefts-of-kia-hyundai-cars.html ), our insurance directed us to this shop (4624 E Olive Ave, Fresno CA). From the friendly front desk staff (Esmeralda) to the kind owner and knowledgeable mechanic who drove us to the shop, the service has been outstanding. They even provide text updates, which is very reassuring and time-saving. Our car is over halfway repaired (ahead of schedule), and I'll post an update once it's complete.
