Had an accident that caused some front end damage. I reached out on yelp and Dave's Car Care contacted me that same day, got me in for an estimate, ordered parts, and started work with making car drive able while parts were on order so I can get around. Once parts were in, Dave stayed late so I can drop off vehicle for repairs. Vehicle was complete next day. Very impressed with overall service. Overall it's ok, they are helpful and polite. However, they charged me for an hourly work rates when it only took no more than 10min to install a front license plate... and there' s no room for negotiation, as a customer, I would be happy to pay for the amount of time and effort that they've actually performed and put into. I can only say superlatives for Dave and his team. 3 days ago I hit another car in the parking lot. I was upset & stressed. I saw from the reviews how the clients were so happy. The minute I met Dave & Ric I knew all would be well. Dave is an expert with many years of experience. He's down to earth, kind, and honest. I needed some restoration to my front bumper. He gave me an estimate, which I knew was a good price. He said I could bring it in today at 10:30 & would be ready by 3Pm unless they found electronic disruption under the bumper which meant an overnight stay. He went out of his way to reserve a rental vehicle if that was the latter situation. He's a gentleman & made me feel secure. I picked up my car at 3, it was perfect. I couldn't be more happy. Dave and his team are worth a 10. I encourage anyone that wants excellent communication and service to see Dave's Car Care. Their restoration is perfect!! I took a chance with only one good review on yelp. Turns out the founder of my security company brings his personal vehicle here. Dave did an excellent job at a fair price. I know the damage I did to my vehicle would not be cheap to fix. I already had a number in my mind and to my surprise and satisfaction he gave me a number that was less than what I thought it would be. True to his word, sooner than the date he originally gave me the work was completed. I paid with a check to save him the credit card fees, small businesses need a break sometimes. He has a long history in auto body and continues doing a great job. I'd much rather be here than a stealership. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be returning if I ever need alternate body work. read more

My car was damaged in a car wash. Dave's was awesome in restoring by car to its original condition. A-1 customer service.

Did an O.K. job at painting my bumper. Color did not match as well as I had hoped but it will do. The reason they are getting a poor review and the reason why I will never return is because one of Dave's workers stole my iPod out of my console. Dave is a good guy, but he should have expressed more concern with his workers going through my car and then stealing my property. And to the thief who stole it, obviously he's a lowlife who needed it more than I did. read more

I got rear-ended and had a few scratches on my bumper. My bumper also got knocked out of place slightly (It's a 2007 small sedan). I got estimates from two other body shops in town and Dave's estimate was the cheapest. (One shop estimate was about $100 more, and another estimate was almost double Dave's). I felt most comfortable with Dave at his shop, and wanted him to do the work regardless of price, so luckily for me his shop was also the best value! Dave was welcoming, knowledgable, and took the time to explain the car problems to me in simple terms (as I don't know all of the technical shop terms.) Dave even spoke with and took care of the payment from the person who hit my car- I just took my car in and picked it up when it was ready- SO SIMPLE! He has been doing this type of work for a long time (there are many pictures in his shop) and you can tell he is passionate, knows what he is doing, and really cares about people/his work. Will definitely be recommending to friends and going back if I need more work done in the future. Oh, and my bumper looks brand new! read more

The estimates were close and I decided to have Dave do the repair. This is a small shop off Blackstone and Sierra, easy to miss in the back. A long time local businessman, Dave Davidian is friendly and courteous, answering all my questions. My repairs were finished when promised and the bumper looked like new. My older model (but very well kept) Lexus got rear-ended on Shaw Ave. a few weeks ago. I took it to a well-known collision repair shop, who after two days deemed it a "total loss" as their estimate exceeded the value of the car. I elected to keep my car and a lesser check from the insurance company, and went to Dave's. We have used him before and found his work decent and price competitive. Dave gave me a fair estimate and had my car repaired in about two weeks - within the time he expected. The work was excellent and my baby lives on! Dave is a very down to earth kind of guy. He is very direct, which some might see as gruff or unfriendly. Really, he's a good guy and I would recommend his shop. read more
