These guys are great! No other shop in town would work on my truck because of modified suspension and aftermarket parts. Prestige got it towed to their shop and handled everything, they even dealt with my insurance for me. This is the most hassle free experience I've ever had dealing with an auto shop! They got the work done as fast as possible and even replaced all the aftermarket accessories and add-ons. My truck went from being a wrecked mess to looking like nothing ever happened. I took my 2007 silverado to get details done/fixed on it and one of the things they did was redo the clear/remove the haze from headlights and remove the truck bed to paint it they seemed to have done a good job until I got up close. I called them out on the job that was performed and they had no choice but to repair/redo the work. As I continued to walk around the truck with the rep... Chris, I continued to poin out other little things that I would like to fix... at my expense of course. Chris responded with "why don't you just buy a new truck!". First of all its my truck I decide what I fix on it and second why would YOU! The Repair shop deny the customer the service? Idk where this guy's head is? When the truck was finally finished I was unable to pick it up before they closed so they offered to drop it off. Great! Thank you! I was happy to finally have my baby home. I drove it to show my wife the finalized job and was pulled over for no brake lights while on way. I called them and they sent someone to reconnect the light harness...thanks a-lot guys So that should have been a red flag, but i decided to take my 2006 bmw 330i to redo the haze on the headlights as well since the headlights on the Silverado came out good. But, when I went to inspect the work on the headlights I noticed that there was cracks in the headlights from them over sanding them. The rep... a diff guy/maybe the owner Andy I believe his name was, said..."I would talk to Chris about this so he can give you some sort of discount" I called Chris...this seems like good cop bad cop to me! But Chris says "someone else did that, not us" he went over the charges and said it was something like 228$ for the work and they did not remove the headlights they just taped off the engine bay and sanded and shot the clear he said they had headlights removed I know he was lying because they would have to remove the whole bumper to remove the headlights in this model. Chris tells me he can get me a headlight 1,000$ I was like really? I vowed to never return took my car and have been living with the damages and defects on both of the vehicles! read more

I recently had to get some work done on my car and I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Prestige Collision Center. I worked with Chris, and he was seriously amazing! He had an estimate ready for me within five minutes of my arrival. He was honest with me about what needed to be fixed and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything unnecessary. He was also really thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done and the pricing options, so I felt like I had a good understanding of the whole process. On top of that, he was able to fix my bumper and my door handle and they looked awesome at such a great price. All in all, Chris was amazing. Prestige Collision Center gave the most fairly priced estimate in town, and they did a great job on the fix itself. Did not do a good job. They did fix the front bumper and the side of my door (that's what I went in for) since someone's furniture fell off of their truck while we were coming back from vacation. I took it in through my insurance which I paid $500 deductible, but they ended up scratching my car and they busted my coolant tank. Keep in mind this is a 2019 vehicle and it's always parked in my garage because I have a commuter. I did bring up the deep scratches because I saw it when I got home. They asked me to send pictures which I did then asked me to take it in. They tried to repaint it and ended up having a big blob of paint it was just a mess. The coolant tank didn't get notice until a month or two later and since it was so long I never brought it up because I know they would say it wasn't them so my coolant tank is still broken so don't recommend getting your car worked on. I also didn't see any professionals there other than younger kids working. The owner Chris wasn't there either and I went in a handful of times so honestly go somewhere else where they value their work and want you to go back. read more

My car was in an accident and they had my car for about a week initially however I went to go pick up my car and upon arrival I looked and the door was completely offset and sticking out, and on top of it the greatly scratched the tint on my driver side window. They had no choice but to fix the door and the guy claimed responsibility for scratching the tint and when I received another call about my vehicle being ready the Man pointed out that the woman Karla said the scratches weren't them even though she had nothing to do with working on the car and the guy already admitted to doing it. They said well we are busy and we will give you a call for when to bring it in, it's been a month and they have not spoken a word on the tint repair or reimbursement, and the door is still offset and it isn't even fully painted, it has white still on it, keep in mind I own a red car read more

I had a 2017 Honda Civic that was low to the ground and had been scraping all over town until one day the underbelly shield (idk the technical term) fell and gave the most horrifying, screeching sound. I dragged all the way to the nearest auto shop, and it was Prestige Collision Center. As a woman who's had mostly horrible experiences dealing with car mechanics (and I've dealt with a lot), I was prepared for another one. I was surprised to be met with kindness, respect, and patience. I know this is bare minimum expectation elsewhere, but I was so relieved to be treated like an adult and not like an idiot for not knowing the inside and outside of my vehicle like the back of my hand. They removed the damaged part (for free) and let me come back when I could afford to buy the replacement. Chris didn't pressure or guilt me for not buying the piece then and there, he was transparent and honest about pricing and helped me get on my way. This was last year and not writing this review was honestly weighing on me a bit, because it was such a nice experience and it is so rare to come by that in the auto industry. Well, I now have a Fiat and the bumper came off (I know, I have an issue with small cars) and went right to Prestige. This repair was more costly and I couldn't afford it when I first took it in. They bolted the bumper up so it wouldn't hang, and to minimize damage as I kept driving until the parts were ordered and delivered to them. I truly believe they are in this business because they love cars and love helping people. Everyone I saw in their clean, comfortable, air conditioned waiting area---from mechanics passing through to front end workers, everyone was so kind, and always offered me cold water bottles. Andy told us the only way to repair the bumper was to remove, repair, and reinstall. Dropped the car off that morning, picked it up b-4 closing. When I first went in to have my estimate I talked to Chris, he went outside, took pictures of my car and told me exactly what they were going to do to it. I liked that they were going to take off all surrounding parts (lights, bumper, rocker panel, etc) as well as blend the paint into the door as well. This place went over and above what I could have imagined. My trunk would not close and it was a Friday. I could not get in anywhere and luckily, but they were able to get me in. After taking a look, I was told they would call Kia to try and get the part needed and if it was simple as just replacing it, they wouldn't even charge me. Kia had the part and got it right over to them. There was a little more work involved than a straight replacement of the lock but I wasn't charged anymore than what the original quote was. I don't ever give lower than 3 stars but this time, Prestige Collision Center deserved it. They said my car was going to be fixed in a week. It wasn't, was fixed over two weeks. They said they'll give me an update if anything changes. They didn't, they even lied to me when I called. I called and I was told no new issues was found and my car just needed to be painted and it was ready to go. After 3 days of no callback, I went to the shop and it wasn't even ready to painted. they said new issue came up a week ago, the reason of taking longer than a week to fix. Why was I not notified? I don't know what their issue was, and i dont really care because I paid full price, but they chose the wrong guy to not show their best service. This has to be one of the worst place to get your car to get fixed and painted. My car got rear ended with minor damages to the trunk lid and bumper. On top of that, I decided to get the other half of the car repainted. I chose this place because of the 5 star reviews on yelp little did I know I made a huge mistake in taking my car into this shop. My first impression was that this shop was professional and that they have the right equipment and experience to properly fix and paint my car. Upon dropping my car off to the shop, I told them that I wanted them to take their time to do to job right. 2 .5 weeks later, I had to call them to see if my car was ready, if not, what's the status on the car. They told me that my car was ready to be picked up so I went to examine the car only to notice that they did an awful job. First, they DID NOT repair the damage on the rear end; they only replaced the trunk lid and fix the bumper. The trunk did not close properly. I know this because my tail lights was not flushed the trunk. There was a gap about 0.5 inches, the trunk was sticking out. Secondly, I notice the new paint had small bumps and craters probably due to dirt from a dirty environment and a bad job on sanding of the old paint. Lastly, when they reinstalled the hood, it was not aligned correctly. One side of the hood had a gap and the other had no gap. Furthermore, they did not put my emblem back on the side of the car; saying that it would be "hard" to poor out back on. They must be kidding me, right? I pointed out all of these flaws to the technician and the "boss", Chris. I asked them if they have a quality control, QC, in place before releasing the car to the customer. The boss said the technician who performed on the car checks it. In my opinion, that's a poor QC. If you what someone to proofread your paper, you have someone who had not read your paper. Anyways, I doubt there was any QC. So they said they'll get it fix the following day, I told them that I don't care if it takes then an extra day or two, I just want then to do it right!! A day goes by, cars not ready and no follow up. Second days goes by, also no follow up so I email them so I'll have some sort tangible communication between them and i. They responded, " YOUR CAR IS READY FOR PICK" in all caps; they must be telling at me. So I left work early to pick up the car only to be told that they burned the paint on the side. Are you serious? At least give me a call so I do have to rush off work to only be told that! I ask to see the car, they said there car is already covered up. Sure buddy, you already lost all of my trust in your competence. To concluded my review, i will never go back out recommend this shop but if you do choose to take your car here, check every detail of the car before driving it off since they price themselves in the work they do which I don't believe at all. read more

I was looking for a shop to repair damage done to the bumper of my 2014 Lexus RX 350. I hadn't pulled far enough to the garage and the garage door seriously scraped my bumper. The scrapes went through the paint down to the black surface below. I had gotten quotes from a couple other shops before finding Andy and Chris at Precision Collision Center.
