My mother lives alone & unfortunately suffers from debilitating back pain after a fall. Panic setting in I was referred that evening to Amy Recco founder of Friends For Life Homecare. She immediately gave me the names of the social workers at GSH that would delay the release for 12 hours & at same time contacted a caregiver to be at my mothers home when the ambulance dropped her off. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I would be content and so would Mom. My mother has fallen multiple times. Femur fracture, rib fracture and now a hip fracture. Each time she had to go to HH her care was superb. From the Admissions Director and staff to the superb Nursing Director Teri O'Driscoll to the PT transport guys, everyone treated my Mom with the utmost respect and care. The PT here is phenomenal. My Mom always ended up in great shape. My husband was here too for double hip replacement and he received such quality care in the 2 weeks he was there. We feel safe at HH, the staff is like family. I know I'm there often enough that everybody knows me, but I'm also there often enough to see the care given to all the patients. A tough decision is going to be made as we feel my Mom needs long term care. Huntington Hills is my one and only choice, just as it was when we had to pick a rehab center for her. My friends whose loved ones were there feel the same way. A shout out to so many people, Ken, Teri, Leslie, Deborah, Beth, Carolyne, Nancy, Joanne, Barbara, Diane, Janie, Dione, Zach, Yvette, Dilia, and most important the aide who has made my Mom's life in rehab happy, our Yva. Mom is so appreciative of everything and it's true you get what you give, but this staff gives so much more. I'm so blessed and thankful.

The caregivers are well trained, ambitious, efficient, engaging and provide dignity to the clients. The billing department is efficient and courteous.
