She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and was very friendly throughout the appointment. A lot of places rush you in and out in under an hour, but she spent about an hour and a half making sure everything looked right, and I really appreciated that. The only downside was the online booking process. I didn't receive any kind of appointment confirmation after scheduling, so I ended up calling ahead to make sure my appointment was actually in the system. I also waited about 10 minutes before getting started, and communication at the front desk was a little difficult because the man working there did not speak much English. That said, the service itself was very good, I'm really happy with how my pedicure turned out, and I would definitely go back.

But I'm in my friends wedding tomorrow and really wanted them to look nice. I went on a Thursday morning when they opened and got a chair right away with Allen the owner I think. He didn't say any comments about my nails being bitten he made me comfortable. He talked with me and took his time and made mine short the way I wanted them. Salons in the past never would do this for me because they didn't like it. Allen puts the customer first! He then had Cindy finish for me who did an excellent job painting my nails and adding the rhinestones. I wish He was in Phoenix! What an awesome experience!

It wasn't until I was side by side with my daughter that I noticed 100% that it was not the color I asked for. It's been about a month since I went & in barely taking off the polish & it's even harder to get off as if it was just one regular coat of polish . I have two coats of different colors to remove now.
