I have given this place at least 5 chances. Two times I've had some of the best and longest lasting gel manicures ever (which is why I've gone back), the other times I have gotten manicures that look worse than if I had let my dog paint my nails. Today was the final straw- I had to point out to the manicurist that she had missed approximately 1/8" of my nail on the left side of all five of my nails on my left hand. In addition to that the polish on all my nails is very rough and bumpy (see pics), not smooth like painted nails should be, and she also didn't cut and file my nails evenly, none of which I realized until she was finished. At that point I was so over this place I didn't even mention it, I just wanted to get out of there. I will NEVER give this place any money again, which is sad because I live in midtown and it's a super convenient location, plus the facility itself is pretty decent. read more

I just had my first ever dip manicure here and it was an awful experience. I do not know his name, but I had a male technician that hit my cuticles multiple times with the grinder, making several of them bleed. He said that he could not clean up the edges where the color was on my skin because I had "dry skin" and that it will come off eventually with washing. It looks terrible and I'm left with open wounds. I would be very very cautious before using this salon/technician. read more

I'm not happy with my manicure or pedicure. The manicurist was mediocre and did what she was told/taught to do. I explained, due to my handicap I was unable to perform mani/pedicures without help. I also elaborated to the manager and my manicurist about problems with buildup in the mail sidewalls of my hands and feet. I also brought my own professional nail polish to use. I haven't had I a problem with it before. The mani/pedi was expensive $50.00. My nails were starting to chip barely an hour after I left. I suspect it was the clear coat she used. Terrible customer service!!! Staff is not skilled nor sanitary! Do not go here!! Ruined my nails before my wedding , and also took for ever!!! I went in and the set of nails where so off set, oh, I told the person for my pedicure that I needed help with cuticle trimming he he cut my toe, did nothing to get the cuticles in better shape. My feet looked better before I went in there. read more

I wanted to take the time out with my girls don't get me wrong they are nice and the place is clean but the way my feet were done I was so disappointed with it my nails are alway square but I don't think they know the meaning of square and my French tips are so wide I took it off right when I got home I'll never do my feet there again. UNSANITARY! I asked the lady doing my eyebrow wax if she was going to use hand sanitizer before touching my face, her response was "all the stuff is new". What? She's one of the owners. They have it sitting on the wax stand but DON'T use it before touching your face or even wash their hands. She cut my face with the blade she was using for my eyebrows, which is used on every customer getting an eyebrow wax. It was bleeding. She then put Neosporin on it. I guess this is a common occurrence there. I will NEVER return! read more

First, the pros. This salon is brand new with plenty of parking. The salon itself is clean and roomy, with plenty of room between tables and a large choice of polishes. Also on the plus side, I wasn't pressured into an up-sell of the original service I requested. The price was reasonable for the area. The cons. About 5 minutes into the manicure, one of my technician's regular customers walked in. He immediately put a rush on my manicure. He literally could not move fast enough and he kept glancing over to make sure no one else took his customer. He forgot the nail art I requested (I was not charged for it). I don't think I'll be back. They do seem to have a lot of regular customers. Maybe it was just my technician, but they didn't makes feel like a valued customer. read more

I don't recommend going to this star nails or the one across the Street from it. The person that did my nails did not Do my cuticles or nothing. He just glued the nails and that was it. They don't have good customer service or nothing. There was Dried of stuff around my nails I had to pull off. He also use the nail drill or whatever it's called Roughly on my cuticle and now when I bend my thumb and it burns around the nail. I just would not recommend anyone coming here. read more

I was in a hurry and happened to luck out on this place while I was in Columbus for a trip. The technician was nice, quick, and thorough. Terrible service. I normally have someone else in this shop do my nails, but today, not by my choice, someone else did them. Michael told my friend he couldn't do pink and white nails although that's what he has always done for me. I guess he was upset that someone else was doing mine, but he didn't want to do my friend's and make money anyway. The manager didn't offer to have anyone else do her nails, mine look terrible and I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I will never come back here again. My friend usually used Michaël for her French tips ... today another girl got her and I was assigned to Michael. We believe he got unnerved that he didn't get his regular client, he proceeded to very rudely deny to do my nails. " I don't do pink and white" .. after attempting to show him that's not what I was asking for he basicly just ignored me and looked at his phone. This place is absolutely horrible. People leaving reviews saying this place is new & clean must be blind. The nail tables are tore up, chairs are uncomfortable and rusting away. Nail clippings all over the floor. I had the owner do my nails & he doesn't have a clue. He left my nails rough & claimed the nail polish would cover it up. Well I insisted to buff my own nails until he literally took the buffer from me & said watch. Nasty, nasty, NASTY! I live close by and was looking for a new nail place close to home. I was getting a powder dip manicure. I was told to go to station 12 where a middle aged man sat. I sat down, and he started soaking my nails to take off the old polish. When he got up, I looked at the station and was horrified. There was dirt/dust all in the corner, on top of the containers, and someone else's nail clippings were all over the table. This wasn't today's mess, this was the kind of sticky nasty dirty you see when an area hasn't been wiped down in forever. When he returned, I asked him if he could clean the station. He took the towel he was using on my hands and wiped down the middle. Then he laid the towel back on the table for me to lay my hands on. I asked for a clean towel. He got it, but not without rolling his eyes. I should have walked, but my southern upbringing makes it hard for me to be rude, even when I should. The powder dip is passable, but there are bubbles and lumps and thick places around the edges. He did not even attempt to actually do a manicure, and I was actually relived. I really didn't want any sharp instruments near my hands in such a nasty environment. So I paid $50 for a french tip powder dip manicure, and came away with a mediocre to poor paint job, with no manicure. On top of that, I'll be worried for the next few days that I have contracted a fungus from the filthy station. read more

I went there with my mom to get my toes pained and my mom wanted her lashes done. After they painted my toes and they did 3 different girls eyebrows my mom was next to get her lashes done.
