They did a fantastic job with my full set, exceeding all my expectations and giving me the look that I wanted. I went in for a pedicure, minimal manicure and eyebrow waxing. Pedicure I had to ask him to scrap and then cut my nails down extremely short. I told him I just need a cuticle clean up because I had someone in the learning process that I already scheduled with for design. Then they messed up my eyebrow and took too much. I will not be returning. I had to finish the cuticles when I got home because he didn't even push all of them back to clean them up. read more

My husband and I came in as walk-ins and were fine waiting until they had availability for two pedicures. The salon was cute and they have a lot of chairs to service may customers. They sat us within 5 minutes which was great! They started working on my husband first which to me didn't make sense because my pedicure would take longer since I get gel polish on my toes. They finally start to work on mine after I waited about 20 minutes. My massage was so quick that even my husband pointed out that they had rushed through my service and was done not too long after he was done. From my seat, my toes looked fine, but once at home I noticed my toes were rough, my polish was uneven, messy and didn't go around the whole nail. I came here for the good reviews, but I would not recommend coming here. read more

I've been going to her since I've been a Tennessee CSU now I'm adult and I will continue to support Nancy all around great service. One stop shot from facials to nails to eyebrows to lashes. Let me just say, I found this nail salon by using YELP and I'm so happy to have chosen this to be my first stop when getting my nails done. I just got in from Texas and was in need of some TLC. Welp I think I have found my place. So quiet and peaceful in here. The staff are all soooo soooo nice and super helpful. They have plenty of booths and chairs so everyone can be taken care of in a timely manner. I know I'll be back in 2.5 weeks to get my nails done again. read more

This is one of my favorite places in the world. Everything here feels so good! Nancy is by far the best at everything I have experienced and witnessed: pedicures (I won't mention my in-growns that she miraculously relieves), manicures, eye brows, lash extensions and cellulose facial treatments. When I addressed it, I was met with dismissive responses toldI was acting "childish" and called me "child" for not accepting any thing else that a refund of the no show fee, multiple defensive emails over three days, and ultimately banned from the salon. I was even threatened with defamation for saying I'd share my experience via social media. Thankfully, my bank refunded the charge -- but the way I was treated by MKP management showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I can no longer recommend this business.
