My nail technician was very kind, professional, and did everything she could to make me comfortable. This review is not about the staff--they were wonderful. I actually felt sorry for them because they had to continue working in the heat all day while constantly moving around and serving customers. The temperature inside became so uncomfortable that I decided to skip getting my manicure there and went somewhere else afterward to have my nails done. I hope the owner addresses the cooling and ventilation in the salon. Customers are paying premium prices, and the employees also deserve a comfortable and safe place to work.
