I've been going for at least 25 years. Great staff always friendly always treats me well.

Took a while for me to sit down and after I finally get to the station to get my nails done; the person doing them rushed the whole thing. Didn't get the nails right from the reference I gave him and even then there isn't enough color on one nail. The glue from the gems he put on; left a noticeable line on the nail. After he finished my nails he got up, left, and forgot to even put cuticle oil on my nails. There's pieces of acrylic underneath my nails and overall It looks rushed. I will never go here to get my nails done again! I asked for French tips for my pedicure and the lady pretended like she didn't understand what I was saying. she also couldn't do a French tip correctly because the owner had to go back over her work. Then the owner was rude and made my full set beyond ugly. He argued with me about how I wanted my nails done and I could tell he was talking about me to other employees. Even the other customer that sat next to me picked up on the owner complaining about me. This was THEE worst experience I've ever had & they don't ever have to worry about me returning. $100 down the drain. read more

This is not the place for SNS!! Came here yesterday to get SNS. My nails look horrible and are peeling less than 24 hours later. * A base coat powder was not applied to my nails before color powder. The color powder was super grimy/grungy looking even after the nail tech buffered it...so he applied a gel top coat on top of the powder nails to make it look shiny. And then I had to put my nails under the UV nail lamp machine. I've never had to put my hands under the UV light when getting SNS. I've also never had a gel topcoat applied. Needless to say, that technique was incorrect and the topcoat is peeling back as a result. * It hasn't even been 24 hours since I left and my nails look horrible!! Definitely going to have to go to a nail salon that actually knows how to apply SNS properly. Waste of time & money. read more

Visited on Sunday, January 7, 2024 around 11:00AM after Worship Service. Enjoyed the experience, a new Naol Technician took care of me . Usually it is the owner's who dies my Manicure and Pedicure. She did my manicure and the other Nail Technician did my Pedicure. I was very pleased. The Pedicure session was great, feet feels like new money and looks like new money. She was very knowledgeable, organized and friendly. That makes the experience and the cost worthwhile. I will be returning! Hats off to Perfect Nails!!!!!! read more

Upon entering I was quickly greeted by multiple staff. I had an appointment but I was late but they seated me quickly upon asking me to choose my nail polish, I requested Mike and he was available, the foot massage was excellent ..they took the time I think it was about an hour on the feet than an hour for the fill of my manicure. read more

This is a good distance from my house but I will NEVER go anywhere else. I only get pedicures here, can't comment on the nails services, but the pedicure is the best I've ever had, every single time. And, it's only $23!!! Lisa is the tech I always use and she knows exactly what I like and how I like my massage, and she is meticulous. I wanted to review this shop a long time ago, but kept forgetting. Today, the shop was closed, and because I'm impatient, I went to another shop. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Was visiting a friend in the area and decided to go in for a "Nail Removal" service. The owner asked what type of nails I had. I told him it was a base of acrylic and the top (color - white) was dip powder. He asked me to have a seat and wait. My wait time wasn't that long at all. With attitude he hastily sat down and began working on my nails. Shaking his head the entire time. He asked where I previously got my nails done and I replied Pinky's. He shook his head and the entire time during the nail removal process. He then asked what I had planned for my nails after getting them taken off. I told him I planned on doing my nails. (I'm actually getting ready to move but didn't disclose it to him as it's none of his business!) As he was shaking his head, I told him he's being VERY rude. I told him I asked for a service and just wanted my nails taken off. He then told me I was being rude for having my nails taken off and not letting him do them. I told him that I asked for a particular service and that's all I wanted. As the owner, he could have rejected my request. Instead, he was talking to his coworkers in his native language and continued with his attitude. He didn't even do a good job with the removal of the nails!! It was $10 in which I have a $5 tip. It was THE MOST EMBARRASSING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I don't ever plan on going back nor will I recommend his shop to anyone! TIP: Mr. Owner - IF you have a service on your menu that you don't want/like to do - REMOVE IT! read more

Extremely great customer service. They also have the best pedicures. Whenever I'm in town I try my best to get here. I wish the had a better color selection but, overall it's clean, relaxing, and great customer service. read more

Worst place I've ever gotten my eyebrows waxed. Firstly, in the process she mushed my eyeballs down... while I know it's a difficult area to work.. typically people are gentle and work around your EYES.... secondly, when all was said and done she missed a TON of eyebrow hairs... then to get it fixed and she ended up just shaving them off instead of waxing or plucking... the whole point of getting your eyebrows waxed is to have it last longer.. if I wanted to shave it I could've done that at home. Never coming back here again. I recently moved and was hoping to find a place closer to my new location.. but now I know just to go back to my old nail place. I loveee them! I've been to them for 12+ years and they get me right every time. If they mess up, I just charge it to the game because no one is always perfect. But if you have problems with them, they try their best to help resolve the issues. read more

My wife uses them regularly. The place is nice and clean and they have a pretty good selection of nail polishes. They seem to be very efficient and it doesn't take that long for my wife to get her nails done. They seem very reasonable as well. They are friendly and have good customer service. read more

Oh, HELL, no!!! If I could give them a zero rating, I would!!! The man who did my mani-pedi TRAUMATIZED my nails, ESPECIALLY my pedi-nails, so much so, that the two largest nails SPLIT apart from the tip down!!!
