I had been a couple times and not been blown away, but good enough to come back. My most recent visit, Kevin did my gel manicure and I am very happy with it. However my pedicure was the worst experience. When she was using the little prince thing on my foot I said it hurt and pulled away. She went right back to that spot and did another scrub and I sternly told her to stop because it hurt and just move on to painting my toes. It was a little pink but I didn't realize until I got to my car that my toe was actually cut and bleeding. Just for gel toes was $45 and for acrylic short nails was $50 and they charge 25 for French tip and a sticker flower the lady that did my toes lost my AirPods. Let me explain I was sitting in the chair and I was getting my nails done and my toes done at the same time And once she finished with my toes, she lifted the armrest which had my AirPods on it, and my AirPod fell on the floor and when I picked it back up, there was no AirPod in it and then I told her there was a AirPod in here and she said we'll look for it. They looked for it. They didn't find it. This place was really bad. I don't recommend. A client asked the nail technician to fix a bubble on her nail and the technician went off on her saying the client did it to her own nail. My experience was not much better as she charged me for my nails halfway through doing them!! Never in my life have I been to such a bad nail salon! My nails weren't even fully filled down and I asked her to fix them. She tried her best, she was a nice lady but she rushed through and I have paint all over my fingers as well. I really wanted to like this new nail salon. It's nicely decorated and the owner used to work at a nearby nail salon. I've been there about 6-8 times since they have opened. My most recent visit was very unsatisfactory. I usually opt for a luxury pedicure. This time I jut got the basic pedicure. Nonetheless, this is an option, so when selected, the technician shouldn't be perturbed. She was very curt, dismissive and rude. She got up several times to attend to other people during my pedicure. When it was time for the 5-minute massage, she put on the timer, then searched for the lotion, put it on my legs and put one hand on my leg, and used the other to clean the basin. I finally mentioned this to her, at which time she became more attentive. I ended up tipping her 20%, but wish I hadn't. I was going to get a manicure, but didn't. I'm tired of being treated this way. I would be willing to pay more for an actual quality treatment. Theirs is on the pricey side, and subpar. read more

This place used to be great. Iv noticed the last few times my pedicures don't last beyond two weeks before the polish starts chipping off in large chunks. I usually get dip nails and they soak them off but the last time the women ripped them off taking my own nail with it. She then had to glue tips back on and then proceeded to do a whole different technique so I could just get a fill. That's great however not what I like on my nails as I find it to be more damaging. I went here because it is close to my house and I saw some people said it was good on fb. The owner Sandy did my nails and she was really nice and did a great job the first time. I was happy with her work and sent so many people to her. I'm now sorry to say that I'm embarrassed that I did. As a business owner she treats her clients that they are wrong and it's not her. The scheduling there is poor and when you say something about it she makes a scene in front of all the people in there. So unprofessional! I've given that place so many chances and they even got my appointment wrong for my pedicure. Again, it was made to be my fault. I've heard her argue with clients and now I know why. Unfortunately the people I've sent there have had similar experiences with her. This place had potential but the owner unfortunately needs to take constructive criticism seriously.
