During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. This place took my call and for just a few dollars took care of my problem. I was also pleased that I was able to drop off my brother's computer for secure disposal of the hard drive. He passed out while in the store, we weren't sure why but he seemed to have had a stroke or something. Jessica called 911 and also called me, by process of elimination (I'm in Southern California), and told me he was on his way to the hospital by ambulance. She made sure to keep me updated on what was happening and even gave me the number to the hospital. She also called my boyfriend's father. She assured us that his cell phone and his truck would be safe at their facility overnight. Talking to Jessica on the phone made me almost feel like I had a friend on the line. I truly appreciate her kindness. She's an example of how people need to treat each other on this earth. Thank you, girl!! I've never actually been to this store, but I was so impressed by their compassion that I felt a review was necessary. My boyfriend turned out to be fine and got some potassium and liquids at the hospital. He passed out due to the combination of heat, dehydration and new medications. He was released from the hospital a few hours later. It's not always about the product or the prices, it's about being a good human when working with the public. Customer Service at it's finest. Their coupons are basically false advertising. I hope Arizona Weights and Measures investigates and fines them. I wasted time tonight after researching their coupons, finding the products I wanted in the dirty store, only to teach the register and find that the app prices Were lower than the store prices. Also they have dirty gross rope around the door handles which cannot be sanitized and is a gross public Health hazard. Bad! Avoid At all costs!
