The manager is so nice and will do anything to help. Then I rent at Ten Mile 2 location, it is absolutely horrible. Rent is due on the 1st you get a grace period until the 14th and then late fee is applied on the 15th. They will lock you out of your unit if not paid by the 15th. When you call and speak to Lila she is dumb as a box of rocks. She can not give you a date when you will be locked out. Is it on the 15th of the month if rent is not paid, is it 30 days late, is it 60 days late, what is it? She the manager cannot answer this question. How does a person running this facility not know the answer. Her response is you need to refer to the contract, ridiculous! I agree with other reviews the customer service is horrible at this location. GO TO A DIFFERENT STOR IT. TEN MILE 2 LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

This last month the company charges us 3 times the typical monthly fee from our checking account. We have talked to the management about the issue and they claim it is a glitch that stems from a corporate change. We called corporate. They stated that they are working in the reimbursement. Now 7 business days later we are still waiting to get our money back that was beyond the monthly contracted amount. We stopped in to talk to Management; they stayed there was nothing they could do. They offered us a different unit for $5 more a month, but it was smaller. Does this make sense to anyone? Next up is the BBB. Here's to hoping they make something right for us loyal customers.

Entry can be accessed 6am-10pm via use of a downloaded App OR a gate keypad code. Access to the non-airconditioned units is easy by car or truck and room is provided for a moving van to pull in to be loaded or unloaded. Rental costs, & optional insurance are quite reasonably priced, as are the sturdy locks which are available for optional purchase. Online rental is available, but then you would miss out on pleasant interaction with the folks in the on-site office!
