So you'll allow someone to rent a unit online and then give them no way to access it on a day when…read morethe office is closed?! And why are you closed on a Monday?! How does an online rental work without a damn access code for the gate?! Unbelievably unprofessional - and the "after hours" number is simply the same as the main office number. The current manager told us he will "let us know if he can make it out." Why not just give us a code to the gate so we can access what we've already paid for?! If someone can completely reserve a unit online, there should be a way to set up an access code online and sign documents so this isn't an issue. We canceled our unit as a result and went to Greenhurst storage because they were open on a Monday.
