I explained exactly what I wanted, and showed her my picture of the previous highlight I had done 2 years ago. it should have been a straightforward appointment. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. The entire top section of my hair turned orange, and there were no visible highlights at all. I left the salon shocked and upset because the outcome was completely different from what I had requested. Instead of subtle highlights, the whole top of my hair was one orange color. What made the experience even more frustrating was the way my concerns were handled afterward. When I contacted the manager to discuss the outcome, I was met with a condescending attitude. Rather than listening to my concerns and trying to find a solution, the conversation quickly turned argumentative. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me questioning the level of training and professionalism at this salon. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both customer service and basic hair-coloring skills.

She locked in my date quickly, accommodated a trial reschedule, and even reworked the timeline to include my mom and mother-in-law when they decided last-minute they wanted makeup too. On the day of the wedding, she was calm, focused, and ready for anything. At one point, my dad came into the bridal suite earlier than expected and immediately teared up -- which, of course, got me crying too. Jasmine had already packed up, but she swooped in without hesitation to do a perfect touch-up just before the ceremony. She also helped me feel emotionally ready. I had a breakout leading up to the wedding, and was feeling really anxious about how I'd look in photos. But Jasmine's expertise (and her very reassuring Instagram reels!) made me feel totally confident. You couldn't even see the hyperpigmentation once she worked her magic. i came in from out-of-town and needed makeup done for a wedding. needless to say I was super…read morenervous to hire someone who I never met.. but padi put me at east and did a WONDERFUL job. i would hire her again in a heartbeat. in fact, i wish she lived near me! padi was able to balance my "ask" with what actually looked good for my face type -- because sometimes what i want doesn't actually look good on me! i was very happy that she could gauge my face features and apply makeup appropriately during our first meet.. and she did it with grace, she never made me feel like her way was the only way (like some artists do) another thing I love about padi is how she keeps her tools and makeup SUPER CLEAN. she is very organized and all her makeup tools and products look brand new. she takes pride in taking care of her equipment for each client.. i so LOVE that about her. she also brought a professional makeup chair so we had the appropriate height for makeup application. we met at my hotel room so space is not always the best.. I love that she planned ahead. I HEART her!!

She was flexible and we quickly set up an appointment for a consultation. At the consultation we went over specific looks I had in mind, I even brought pictures with me to show her, but she knew exactly what i wanted. I have consulted with other make up artist in the past and none of them understood my style and never really ever listened to what I wanted. With all the other make up artist i never really felt as if I looked like myself after. Initially I was worried but Padi knew exactly what I was talking about. My trial was exactly what I wanted the make up look perfect! If you have any knowledge on that the hair can lighten unevenly can cause breakage and Brooke took all the time necessary to create an absolute perfect blend.
