I only ever trusted one lady to do my eyebrows, she's on vacation and I needed them done. I was so nervous to try a new place but omg I love it. She was soooo friendly and fast, I typically always have a tear a two with my other lady. I left here with my eyebrows looking like twin sisters, and not a single tear. If i could give a 0 i would. I was in urgent need to get my eyebrow threaded and saw this place. Says it closes at 5pm, it was currently 4:00pm and it would take me about 20 minutes to get there. I've been to probably every threading salon in Riverside and Corona. Some places send you on your way with pencil thin eyebrows, some rush through and you're left with uneven brows, some have poor customer service, some places charge an exorbitant amount. Some places don't feel sanitary and don't wipe down their chairs. Then I found Star, and found that the name of the establishment is quite fitting, as it is the star amongst all Riverside/Corona threading salons. The owner is genuinely friendly. Service was amazing and the owner did a good job in cleaning up my eyebrows, not too thin and not too big, just perfect! Will definitely visit them again. $10 for eyebrow threading! I have always been very particular about my eyebrows, being that I have very thick ones and love their natural shape. Varsha takes her time and ensures that my eyebrows are always thick and carefully taken care of! I would not trust anyone else with my brows!!!! I have to be honest when I saw this place I was a bit skeptical because I noticed most reviews were for eyebrow threading and not hair cuts. However I decided to give it a try since it was also open on a Sunday and not too far from my house. Let me say I was more than satisfied with my haircut and Chuy is awesome! I love how he was super friendly . I also noticed the lady who does the eyebrows is very familiar with her clients, so they must be regulars. And although she gets the job done she has been getting pretty sloppy. I only gave her one star because I noticed while she thinks she is being nice and giving advice, she uses a lot of her other client's personal business/issues as examples. I was told about numerous issues that her clients go through and quite frankly this makes me uncomfortable. Just think twice about how you respond to her questions.
