I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
