I came here only because my regular eyebrow threading place was closed, and I regret not waiting. I was seated at station 3. The woman who did my eyebrows, an older lady, cut the skin above my eyelid and did not tell me it happened or apologize. It was bleeding a lot. When I brought it up, instead of acknowledging it, she said it wasn't a cut and told me I'm "just sensitive." I've been to many eyebrow threading places over the years and have never been cut like this, nor spoken to in such a dismissive way. I understand accidents can happen, but what really bothered me was the rudeness and lack of accountability. Being hurt and then blamed for it is unacceptable. I will not be coming back. I should've waited for my eyebrow lady. read more

I used to come here all the time because the girls in chairs #2 and #3 would do a really good job and were friendly and polite but I think they got new staff and the new girls don't really know what they're doing girl in chair #1 is always rude and always has an attitude read more

I gave this place a second chance and went with lady in chair #3 and I want to thank her for trying her best at getting my eyebrows to look somewhat even once again. However when I tell you previous lady messed them up and left them uneven I'm not lying because without me saying anything to lady in chair #3 she said left eyebrow they did a very bad job I said yes your co worker did. She said I'm so sorry for bad job I said it's ok no problem lesson learned and will not be going to her anymore . I really appreciate her acknowledging that a terrible job was done before. read more

Been coming here for the past 6 yrs with no problems/issues but lately idk why but the service has gone down a lot. And based off the reviews it's not only with me... today I went and left with hairs and my eyebrow line messed up. And based off how the look I'll have them grown in by midweek it looks as if she just cut them and didn't actually pull them out usually don't right reviews but was EXTREMELY disappointed in the service read more

Genuinely the best place I have been too. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now, I've always felt some sort of pain or stinging when getting them done. Until today!! I did not feel a single ounce of pain while getting them done with the team here. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, yet, they were so gentle during the process. My skin didn't tear or get irritated at all. They are so nice and friendly as well, absolutely the best place to go to. It's worth the drive from Fontana to Riverside. read more

I've been here a few times and I'm never disappointed. Shilu did my eyebrows this last time. I asked her to just clean them up, and not to thread them too thin, and she did a great job following my request. My eyebrows look great! And it's only $10. I believe it's a 50 cent charge to pay with card, but I didn't mind. Highly recommend! read more

Easy, quick, simple, cheap, clean. All you'd want in an eyebrow threading spot. I think I have had all of the ladies do mine at least once. I never wait, I cannot believe that places charge DOUBLE+ what this place does. I find when the ladies are singing/humming songs that are playing while my eyebrows are being done to be oddly satisfying. Such beautiful music. read more

I was reluctant to try a new salon for my eye brows but their opening promotion caught my attention. 3! Though the price went up to an affordable $6 I have come back ever since and I will never go anywhere else! Madhu (I am not sure if that is how she spells it) is my go to! She is in station 2 and she spoils me! She is so sweet not only to me but my kids who tag along. She is awesome at what she does! Plus I always get an amazing temple massage when she is done. They are the epitome of time consistency and class. I highly recommend!!! read more

My first time here was definitely an awful experience. I waited for 45 mins. I finally got to chair 3. And she destroyed my eyebrows!!!! She made them super thin and misshaped them.. I've been working on growing and shaping my brows for years now. And in 5 mins.. gone. And I clearly said " just clean up" I was speechless when I saw. It could've been I got their worst person, they may all not be awful but I'm not risking it. read more

I have been going to perfect Ibrow for over a year and I have always been with Rita. I followed her from the limonite location to the la Sierra location that is how good she is! She has helped me get my natural eyebrows back and they are sooo beautiful and I always get so many compliments on them. I am obsessed with my natural eyebrows. They used to be uneven and thin. (it was rough out here..! Lol) but as with anything it takes time for them to grow back and they eventually did and now they are shaped perfectly! I have came here for so many times already... i am always helped fairly quickly even when they have a wait.. the staff is always so nice to me... i always love how they leave my eyebrows done, zero complaints and I've gotten a henna tattoo their once and she sure knows how to make it look beautiful. I have no reason to ever stop coming here. The staff is friendly & listens to what you want. I've been to establishments where the staff just do your brows the way they want, but that is NOT the case at Perfect iBrow. The prices are VERY affordable, the brows turn out perfectly, ambience is pleasant, & the face massage at the end of a threading session is wonderful I recently brought my boyfriend here for his first threading session. He was nervous but the staff was so kind & patient & they did a GREAT job on his brows. I keep looking at his brows because I can't believe how nice they look! read more

I went in with my eyebrows extremely grown out and the older lady who did my eyebrows over threaded the head of my left eyebrow WAY too much and I have thick eyebrows so its far too noticeable. Not to mention one of my brows are thicker and she left the ends of my eyebrows unthreaded. She let me know after it was to let them grow in however they were so sparse and it just looked like an unfinished job. It felt as though she threaded my eyebrows to her liking, ignoring the shape of my brows. I would give 0 stars if possible. I came here because of all the good reviews this place had but customer service from her was also mediocre, no hello, no conversation, no question to how I wanted my brows, snatched my tip from my hand, very displeased. When i arrived she tried to hand me off to the other worker but the other lady declined. read more

I went in on friday and had the worst experience. I was behind 2 people and they got called into a chair and I waited a few more minutes before I was called. When I sat down, she immediately started working on my eyebrows but she was going SO FAST. Everyone else I have gone to has taken their time and made me feel like they genuinely want to do a good job. I just want to know how I got done with both brows before the other 2 people when I was called last? My eyebrows have never looked so bad in my life. I actually wanted to cry when I sat up. There was no fixing them. I have been working on growing out my brows from the last person that messed up on them but this is way worse. She was also very rude and you can tell she wasn't in a good mood the second I walked in. If you're not in a good mood then don't take it out on someone else. read more

I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you.
