I'm giving this place 2 stars mainly because the service is fast and the price is cheap. Unfortunately, my eyebrows didn't turn out evenly this time -- one is thin while the other is noticeably thicker, and there are still some stray hairs even after asking her to clean them up. This was my second visit, and both times my brows ended up thinner than I prefer. On my first visit, at least the shapes were the same. Today, I had an appointment with Sukhu at 3:30 pm that I made a few days ago. I called to let them know I'm running 15 mins late and they said Sukhu is actually not coming in today anymore. I have had nothing but good experiences here before today. I usually have the same three people do my brows here just because of the time i usually go, but today I was there right when they opened because of another appointment I had after. So at this time the threader was someone I had never experienced before. I wasn't at all nervous because everyone else had done such a wonderful job, I felt this would be no different. I am beyond disappointed with my brows. Not only are they uneven but she threaded right on my brows where my micro blading is at. Most threaders know you thread around it so that you get the most natural look but this also allows you the ability to manipulate the look of the brow if there is still hair on the micro blading. I would like to say that's the worst part but I have cuts in my brow bone as well. It's been 12 hours and I'm still so sore. While I understand getting every single hair as my hairs can be short in that area I have never had a threader cut me while doing this. The girl who did them was very sweet but unfortunately because of the cuts and taking the hair directly off my micro blading I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

This is usually my go-to place. But I wouldn't go today. The lady working today jacked my eyebrows up. She has glasses and it looks like she draws on her own eyebrows. I should have known and went with my gut that she wasn't going to do a good job. But She was the only one there and I was in a hurry. Just save yourself some trouble and don't go today. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to Riverside last year and had generally very positive experiences. The last several visits I had really REALLY great experiences, but I made the mistake of coming at a different time. I came in Thursday around 5-6 PM and there was a new employee working. I don't remember her name, but it was clear that she wasn't as experienced as she had me holding my eyebrows at awkward positions. Afterwards, I immediately noticed my eyebrows were significantly thinner and something looked a bit off but I couldn't quite place my finger on it. While I was driving back, it was clear that one eyebrow was a lot more arched than the other. I understand eyebrows are "sisters not twins" but the difference was quite substantial. I actually ended up making a U-turn back and asked for someone else to take a look and try to even them out. The employee at the front desk was very apologetic and told me the manager would be with me right away. One of the more experienced employees who has worked on my eyebrows before took a look and she cleaned up the remaining stray hairs and did her best to even them out. It looked way better, but still pretty uneven (not her fault though). It really pains me to write this review because there are definitely some wonderful employees here but I just got unlucky that day. They were very apologetic and I appreciated their efforts trying to fix what they could. read more

I've come here twice so far and both times got Desiree. I haven't been happy about my brows in a while. She not only made them look great, I was thinking of dying my brows, but she said I didn't need it. Also, she didn't just cut my brows because they actually lay the right way adding to the thickness of my brows like other ladies do. She does the bare minimum your brows need while taking her time. Also she doesn't just take your hairs out. If she's questioning it, she asks you if you want her to take more out or if you like it that way. All while being friendly and in a happy mood. read more
