I scheduled with Elizabeth, the owner, to have my eyelashes permed. The procedure took about an hour from start to finish. Elizabeth was very gentle and informative during the whole procedure. She did her final touches by brushing tint on my lashes to enhance the color. As a client, this procedure is very relaxing. All I needed to do is lay still and keep my eyes closed. She will tell you just to call or message her and It is also suggested on the piece of paper she gives you to call around week 5-6 to make ur touch up appointment. THE PART SHE DOESNT TELL YOU IS In the event ,she doesn't have time to squeeze you in by week 8 , you are charged an additional fee BECAUSE SHE DOESNT HAVE TIME. My touch up was supposed to be included in my initial fee. This is no where stated in the paperwork. If I had know this I would have made my appointment before leaving. Ridiculous!
