I'm working on a dog rescue CAR TRUCK & BIKE SHOW fundraiser event and wanted to make a cigar gift basket. As we all know vape shops can be a bit run down, even sketchy, but not this one. It's always very clean and organized. They're well stocked with quality products, but the real standout is the staff. Mike in particular is a kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable employee that makes shopping here a great and pleasant experience. Costumer service is a**!! Let me just say Shopping for carts is difficult. There's so much more to understand than regular bud i.e. CBD, CDC, DELTA 8,9,10, HHC they all do different things. If I need someone to show me the product info on the back or help me to understand what certain brands are good for it should be no problem for the employee. But the staff here act like you're not in the room after they say "hi" to you. One specific employee is on the phone w his girl each time I come in here and that's all that matters to him. I just had to leave in silence bc I was tired of being ignored. Now I see why I'm the only person every single time I come in here, no customer wants to get treated like a nuisance! Recently bought " bidi stick " from them and they are fake. There should always be a plastic wrap on the packaging. The plastic wrap of an authentic bidi stick only covers the body of the packaging case, it does not extend to the bottom of the flap. Fake bidi stick from the inside will have a disorganized placement cotton pad, and the authentic ones will have pre arranged medical grade pad inside. read more

I wish i could give 0 stars, the guy who works on Saturday is such a horrible person. He has no idea how to deal with customers or himself, seems like he wants to just die when you're talking to him. He is so unprofessional. They sold me a fake hyde bar like 2 months ago and the owner told me i could not get a refund or 50% off, knowing its fake. If you guys want real products, go to the golds gym in burke, theres a nice little tobacco hut who always will do you right. The guy is very nice and funny, and he takes pride into the work he does. I have a bad habit that I deal with every other month or so. Today, I caved into my habit and bought a a Skoal mint pouches. Buying from a place that has tobacco in its name I assumed I'd be getting the freshest of the fresh. That was my mistake. Bought an "ooze" vape pen battery for about $20. Went home, charged it, and then attempted to use it and it would not work. Upon investigating the battery I realized that the main wire that was responsible for making the vape pen actually work was cut. This was either already broken or happened when I twisted in the vape cartridge (which is what is intended for the pen, I did not use it improperly). Either way, the vape pen battery is obviously made with very cheap parts that break easily. No big deal, it was $20, kind of expected. I return to the store less that 24 hours later and explain my situation to the very same person that sold it to me and asked if I could exchange it for a new one. She was very disingenuous and just blatantly told me no. She even acknowledged the cheapness of the product they sold and still offered no explanation or anything. Just said "no". My response was "that's unfortunate" and she responded "yea it is" and then laughed in my face. Pretty rude and unprofessional response. Anyways upon looking at other reviews for this store I see the no refund policy is due to "overwhelming amount of people trying to return vape bars and other things". So it seems as if the business owner knows that they sell poor quality products and has no intentions of improving on the quality of their products and generally lacks business integrity altogether. I took my business to another vape store down the street and had a much better overall experience. Lower prices, employees that didn't seem like robots, and a return/exchange policy. read more
