No flexibility - and if I was paying for this service I'd be super disappointed. It's truly better to Uber/Lyft which lets you schedule times and dates in advance. We experienced multiple drivers, each one unique in their approach. Sometimes you only need to give a name, sometimes your name and ticket QR, other times nothing because they are so late they don't care who is getting on the bus. Some spoke to us, some didn't, some played music, some hit the brakes hard and one hit the curb at the park which made us all gasp. Things to know .... * Morning pick up will likely be late, one of ours was 30+ min behind * The drivers stops by 2-3 resorts, not just yours * Pick up from parks will likely be more true to the schedule * Try not to touch things. People riding the bus were sneezing and wiping their noses, just to then touch handles and tables * Most seating is in the top of the double decker bus and the steps are intimidating * Scheduling is online as well as payment. Easy enough to enter promo codes for free rides. We used the service sometimes, other times we opted for an Uber because the offered times were horrible and would cut your day short at the park. They were very responsive and professional over both phone and email when I was setting up the itinerary. Even though our flight was delayed at Orlando airport due to weather, and bags took another 45 minutes to arrive, our point of contact at AATC, Aurea, was undeterred. She waited with us until everything was in hand. Our driver did an amazing job getting us to our destination despite pouring rain and what looked to be near hurricane conditions on the road. He was patient, professional and personable. Had arranged for a quick stop at the Publix (grocery store) and he was able to accommodate us even with the flight's delay. The gentleman who delivered us back to the airport was just as professional as the first driver. On time and willing to help us with our luggage. Renting a car, paying the parking fees at the hotel and at the parks doesn't make sense unless you're staying at a hotel that's off property. The shuttle service that both Disney and the "good neighbor" hotels are wonderful (generally on time, drops you off at the park(s) and are free). Using Happy Limousine made what is usually an expensive trip, a little more affordable or truthfully allowed me to buy another sweatshirt or four. You will be happy with their service! I pre-paid for this service to take 6 of us with luggage from airport to hotel in Orlando. I…read morereceived an email they would meet us at baggage claim - they weren't there. I had to call and ask where they were parked and we all trekked around to find the vehicle. By the way, it was very hard to understand the driver much less get directions as to where to meet him. I also had a confirmation to pick us back up to go to airport going home at 9am. We waited and by 8:45am with a no show, I began calling to only receive a voicemail each time. I finally had someone pick up the phone when we were getting into two Ubers. The person on the phone said we were supposed to be picked up at another time (in an argumentative tone I might add - like I was wrong). I reiterated I have a confirmation from your company for a 9am pick-up. I told him we had to get Ubers because we had to get to the airport. He said, you ok you have another ride. They did give me 1/2 my money back but it was a big cluster to work through when I thought I took care of this prior to our trip. We also all couldn't travel back together which was the point of getting the larger vehicle. It may have sat better if they sent me an apology email with a gesture of more than 1/2 my money back. It is what it is but they're a very unreliable service. I would not use again nor would I recommend.
