We signed up for an Everglades tour which was a decent tour. The issue we had was with the tour guide, James. He appeared to be knowledgeable, however, he was arrogant, condescending to passengers on several occasions, shared his political beliefs (i.e. anti-Donald Trump, pro marijuana usage - stating that he is just opinionated), and rude. We may have given the tour a higher rating had we had a different guide that kept his comments to the tour itself. read more

I was wary due to the mild reviews. However My experience was nothing less than perfect. I paid for a RT Port Canaveral trip in advance, confirmed my time with them a few days prior, and everything went smoothly. They showed up on time (which I was nervous about) and we were dropped off directly in front of the terminal. On debarking the ship I got a text saying the driver was 10 minutes out. I texted him when we were at the curb and he showed up within minutes. Again, smooth and no stress. I would absolutely use them again and while it costs slightly more for a private car to the disney cruise-- you can't beat getting on the boat just a few minutes before the crowds! read more

I cannot say strongly enough how wonderful the trip was. 6 of us were promptly picked up by Kenny at Baggage Pickup and were escorted to a clean and cool van. Kenny was so friendly, pointing out sites along the way and making suggestions. It is good to note that they provide car and booster seats at no additional charge and do not charge extra for tolls. Additionally, with advance request, they will make 1 stop on the way to your destination. This is wonderful for families who need a grocery stop, or partiers who need a booze run. Their card says "Committed to Excellence" and this is not just talk, it is clearly an integral part of the business. Ask for Kenny if he is available, he made the drive great fun! read more

Excellent service for pre-cruise transport from MCO to port Canaveral with a stop at Publix along the way to pick up carry-on waters and adult beverages. We had four adults and four kids 5-9 yrs old. They provided car seats and boosters at no charge. The vans were clean. The drivers were punctual, polite, and professional. No complaints. The price was $300 which included the trip from MCO to Publix and then the hotel in Port Canaveral, and then the return trip from the Disney cruise terminal to MCO. We caught an Uber from the hotel to the cruise terminal the morning of the cruise. read more

Ok, this review is tough to write, because we have used FL Tours several times, and have had pretty good experiences, however I have to give a two star rating to draw attention to our most recent experience. last month (April 2017) we landed at the Orlando international airport, and upon landing, I was happy to receive a call from "Susie," our driver, informing us she was there to pick us up, and that she would meet us at the baggage carousel. we picked up our bags in the baggage carousel, but for the first time in all the years that we have been visiting Florida, the driver was not at the baggage carousel to greet us. we waited and waited, until I finally called Susie, and she said that she was still looking for parking. mind you, she already called us earlier saying that she was there. anyway, I asked her at that point to just that meet us out front. so Susie finally drives up to the curb outside the terminal, and while she was very pleasant, she did not step out of the car to help us with our bags, she did not pop the trunk open, and that she did not open the doors. yes I understand we are capable of doing this ourselves, but this was very out of line compared to the previous drivers we had. *Another driver* saw us and he walked over, and I am not sure if he was also part of FL Tours, but he went ahead and asked Susie to pop the trunk open for us. We put our bags in the trunk ourselves. We got in the car, and the other driver mentioned to me to "please help her find her way." what?!? so it turned out that Susie, our hired driver, did not know the directions from Orlando international airport to Walt Disney World. This I find very incredible, isn't Walt Disney World the most common tourist destination, especially from the airport??? luckily I have driven here before, and I had my Google Maps, so I guided Susie turn by turn, including what lane to drive-in, and what exit to take from the airport, etc. when we finally got to our destination, the contemporary resort at Disney, again she did not get out of the car to open the door, and she did not pop open the trunk until we were outside and asked!!! she was very pleasant, and polite, but just not in line with other drivers that we had. And yes, I again I understand that we might sound spoiled and asking too much .... but are we?!?! every driver we've ever had had "standard" behaviors and procedures ... but not Susie. (at the very least, how could a driver of an orlando-based hired car service, not know directions from the Orlando international airport to a Walt Disney World resort?) I do not want to disparage FL Tours as a whole, as all our experiences with them were fine... and we will probably give them another chance. read more

Excellent service! Darren picked us up in a town car. He met us at MCO with a greet and sign by baggage claim. Very cool dude! Helped us with our luggage. Also made a pit stop for some beverages before dropping us off at the Poly. Then on the way back home, Kenny picked us up in a stretched limo! No extra charge! Very nice guy! My daughter and I traveled with another friend and her son, and used FL Tours for town car transportation from Orlando International to the Swan and Dolphin. I will be a loyal customer for life - things could not have gone better. I chose FL Tours because of their great rates, because they included the booster seats for the kids, and because they did a grocery stop on the way to the hotel. Our trip started pretty rough - my friend and I were traveling on separate airlines, and her plane ended up being delayed for over two hours. Of course, my flight was the one that was supposed to arrive last, so I gave them that arrival information (lesson learned!). Mid-flight, learning that my friend's flight was going to be several hours late, I frantically emailed the company and let them know what was going on. My husband (who I was texting with - I love gogo inflight for this reason!) was able to get ahold of someone at the company and explain what happened. I was very concerned - the grocery stop was very necessary (severe food allergies for one member of our party - we needed to purchase safe food), and they state on their website that the grocery stop cannot be accommodated if your flight is late, for obvious scheduling reasons. I got off my flight (knowing that my friend was an hour and a half behind me), and I immediately got a call from our driver, Kenny. He was no nice, and so calm - telling me that it was no problem that my friend's flight was late, and that he would still help us get to the grocery. What a relief! My friend arrived, he met us outside the baggage claim, helped us with our bags, and transported us seamlessly to our destination. The car was very clean, the driver very pleasant, and the booster seats there just as promised! Getting picked up from the hotel went perfectly - Kenny was early, and just as helpful and kind as he was when he picked us up. The communication (via website and calling/texting with the driver) was excellent. Whenever I return to Orlando, I will definitely use this company again. read more

This was our second time using FL Tours and once again they have earned our loyalty. Our large group was picked up on time from our hotel and enjoyed our ride with Kenny to the Port for our cruise. Our return was delayed due to Hurricane Matthew and we were beyond impressed with the service, flexibility and communication maintained by FL Tours. They adjusted our pick up date and time and worked with us on an unknown schedule to ensure we knew we would be picked up. The Port was crazy on our arrival (for both us and the driver) and the driver stayed in constant communication with us letting us know he was on his way. I can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. Kenny called before our pickup time and asked if it were ok if he arrived early and bring a limo instead of a town car. Very disappointed - would never use again. Was told by the driver when we would be picked up for our return trip and they didn't show up on time. Called the office and they tried to gtell me I was wrong and that it was on my confirmation - checked and it was not. Finally showed yp only 1.5 hours before flight and they spelled my name wrong and it was contracted out to another company. They also have nerve telling you what they want for tip. STAY AWAY! Our experience with FL Tours was excellent! We purchased a round trip between the airport and Universal. Our driver (Kenny) was waiting for us at baggage claim. He was very easy to find and was friendly and polite. We took advantage of the grocery stop and did not have any issues at all. On the day we were leaving we had a flight later in the evening but Kenny checked in early to see if we would like to try and leave early. We were in the parks having too much fun to go quite yet but we really appreciated him giving us the option. We would use FL Tours again and highly recommend them! read more

They were right there on time, super nice drivers and a reasonable price. I was a little concerned the way the reservation worked online...I don't believe I got a confirmation email. But the driver called when my plane landed, said he couldn't confirm my flight number because it was a cross between AirTran and Southwest, my mistake, and as soon as we had that cleared up he was there. The price is the same as a cab, but you get the comfort of a town car. Highly recommend you use these folks. read more

My husband and I booked FL Tours for our recent trip to Disney's Yacht Club. The driver picked us up from the airport and we paid for round trip service. We were given a receipt and told our pickup time would be 4:00am. When our departure day came we went out and waited with bell service from 3:55 to 4:23 am. We tried to call the office and were only able to leave a message, there was no emergency phone number to call. Bell Service at the Yacht Club offered to call a cab (which we had no choice but to take). We got to the airport at 5am for a 6:15am flight. Luckily we made our flight but it was close. The owner called us back and said his driver was waiting at the resort and even went in and checked the lobby and we were not there. I asked the owner why would my husband have called at 4:10 and 4:15 saying we were waiting for a car if the driver was sitting and waiting for us. I am extremely disappointed in the service we received and with how the owner handled the situation. If you want reliable service I would not use FL Tours. read more
