What seemed as a simple fix (replacing a top shingle that blew off from a recent rain with strong winds) turned into a complete roof replacement. Mike took his time to explain what he and his team discovered wrong and the appropriate steps that should be taken to ensure that the work to replace the roof is up to building code. He was very genuine, empathized with us and tried to work with us to see if he could keep the costs fair. The whole experience was great; Mike and his employees are very nice, efficient, and fast. He takes pride in his work, will never compromise or cut corners to cut costs, and ensures that things are done to code. They twisted my sidings and ripped my trims and corner sidings. Their foot prints were all over the asphalt roof and debris everywhere. The workers wiped their dirty hands allover the sidings like they did not give a sh.t Eventually, after so many phone calls and texts they came repaired and cleaned some of the areas- I would not recommend these people to anyone. And DO NOT trust all these positive reviews you see. Most of them I bet you are fake.

Upon meeting him he was wonderful, very sweet, courteous and knowledgeable. My husband and I decided to go with HOMEX immediately after they quoted us a fair price on both of our repairs. While unveiling a small issue with the existing railings (the bottom that had been in cement was rotten and rusted) Fabio contacted me immediately and explained the reason there would be a slight increase in price. He showed me the railing that we would to have to either fix or replace and gave me prices for both. Without a doubt we will be using Homex again!

I get an estimate over the phone and we schedule a time for them to scope things out, with it explicitly stated that they would start repairs that day (as long as there wasn't any work that needed additional materials). A man comes...and doesn't have any of the necessary materials. I'm a bit annoyed and then the man says he actually can't do the inspection at that time and we have to reschedule. Apparently, he got lost on his way over and he is very packed that day so he can't even start the inspection, let alone the repairs we discussed. When the man drove into our driveway, he almost hit the bushes so I asked him to be more careful when backing out. He told me to 'relax' and then proceeded to almost hit the bushes AGAIN and we had to guide him out. It's a wide, 2-car driveway so not sure why he had this issue. I called the office and the staff was very apologetic. I appreciate that they were trying to get a higher-up who could offer a discount, but based on this experience, I decided to go elsewhere for service. The price was fair and the staff was friendly so I'm disappointed it went this way.
